Take Care

**Sequel to What Humans Do**
It's been seven years since the day I told Harry Styles we had to break up because our publicity stunt was now over. He told me to wait till I was 26, then we could get back together and be happy. So, I waited. I waited until I got a phone call the day after my 26th birthday from Harry, inviting me to a wedding. HIS wedding, to be exact. I knew I had to get Harry back. I'm not going to let seven years of waiting be wasted. I needed him back. And so the plotting began.

21. Jump Into The Fog

**Song of the chapter: Jump Into The Fog by The Wombats <3

"Rue? Wake up, love," Harry said as he began to poke my stomach. I had fallen asleep on the train.

Without opening my eyes, I said "what, Harry?"

"We're here. It's time to go to the hotel and then to Disney!"

I finally opened my eyes and looked around. The train was deserted and I was nuzzled into Harry with his arm wound around me, holding me as close as possible, like I was about to disappear.

I tried to get up, but Harry still had a grip on my shoulders and was staring out into nothing. "You know, for me to get up, you have to move your arms."

His green eyes left the empty state they were in and met my brown eyes. "Is everything okay, Harry?"

He eagerly nodded his head. "Yeah, I just don't want to loose you."

I was really confused by his statement. "I don't know why you were thinking about that, but you know I won't leave."

Harry mumbled something that I didn't catch, but I didn't want to push it. He let go of me but as soon as we were both standing and had our bags with us, he wrapped himself around me once again. His clingy ways were a bit unusual but I let them go.

When we were driving to our hotel, Harry fell asleep. It took about an hour to get to the hotel so I let him rest his head in my lap as I played with his curls.

I hadn't been to France that much in my life so I was enjoying the views we passed as we passed them. We went past cities and country sides and all of it was amazing and beautiful.

The cab driver told me that we were less than five minutes away from our hotel so I started to poke at Harry's face to wake him up. He mumbled and turned around to face the front of the car.

I didn't want to make things awkward with the cab driver in front of us and clearly watching us in his rearview mirror, so I bent down and whispered to him that it was time to wake up. His eyes fluttered open and he turn his head and smiled before he sat up and ran his hands through his hair.

The cab driver stopped the car and we quickly crawled out of the car. Harry paid the cab driver while I went inside to get checked in. We wasted no time in dropping our things off in our room and heading right back out.

Disney wasn't too far away so we just took the tram system that was parked out side the hotel. Fans would continuously walk up to Harry and ask for autographs and pictures and many of them would come and ask for pictures with me or pictures with both of us. Nearly all of people who came up to us said how happy they were for us and one even boldly put out there that we needed to get married already. I didn't comment, but Harry said "I plan on it" to the fan quietly, thinking I didn't hear it.

When we finally inside the Magic Kingdom, the fans left us alone a bit. It was nearing the 9 o'clock hour and there were supposed to be fireworks at 9:30, which I was a little scared about because I am terrified of fireworks.

Harry grabbed my hand and I looked up to him, he was beaming. I burst out laughing at his face and he just looked at me like I belonged in the nut house. When my fit of laughter was over, we walked around the park in a sweet silence. I was freezing outside even though it was the end of April.

"I'm sorry for getting so mad at you earlier. I don't know what came over me, I just got so angry and I'm sorry."

Harry looked down at me. "It's fine. I understand it. You just want to do good since this is your last Olympics. You'll do amazing, I know it."

I smiled at him and looked out to the castle, which we were walking towards now. We were a lot closer to the castle than I thought. Crowds of people were starting to gather, many with cameras. Teens and younger kids were looking at Harry pointing and smiling.

The fireworks began and I jumped a little and turned to look for Harry, but I didn't see him where I was looking. I looked down and he was on one knee, reaching out for my hand.

Cameras were flashing and fireworks were going off, in real life and inside my head. For once I wasn't scared of them.

"Rue, I know we just got back together and it's only been five months, but I don't want to be boyfriend and girlfriend anymore. I want to be husband and wife. I love you so much and I can't help but always go and think about where we'd be if we hadn't walked away from each other seven years ago. Would we have kids? Would we be married? I don't know. But now's our time to find out. Ruexandra Crina Rotar, will you marry me and become Ruexandra Crina Styles?"

Tears were forming in my eyes and I couldn't say anything. I didn't know what to do. I just stood there, Harry on one knee and holding my hand with pictures being taken nonstop, certainly going to end up on the internet.

I finally gathered some courage and nodded my head. Cheers erupted from the crowds surround us and Harry leapt up and embraced me in a hug as I cried from pure happiness. For the first time in a long time, everything felt like it was falling into place.

"I love you, Rue. Don't you ever forget it."

"I love you, too, Harry."
