"Loving him is like driving a new Maserati down a dead end street..."
* * * * *
Casey was the popular girl in the school. She wasn't as nice as the other girls, not that surprising since she's popular. She's the girl version of Louis.
Louis was the popular BOY at the school. He was just like Casey but in a boy form. He could be sensitive at times, but not when he's being his sassy self.
When these two get paired up in a science project together, they see the different sides of each other. Casey's actually a know-it-all, pretending to be stupid all the time to get guys. Louis' really a caring guy, that loves his family so much but lies about all the fights he has with them. He doesn't have fights with his family at all.
Casey begins to have feelings for him, but pushes them away because she doesn't want to hurt Harry, her boyfriend.
But what will she do when Louis starts to have feelings for her too?

3. Chapter 2

After arguing with Mr. M for a whole 20 minutes about getting Louis as my partner, the bell rang. He clapped his hands together and pushed me back to my seat. "You and your partner will start working on the project today. So, that means you might have to go to the other persons house. And don't let the other person do all the work." he told the class. Mostly everyone groaned at the last part.

I groaned anyways because I had to probably go to Louis' or he'll come to my place. Either way is not a good thing. As Mr. M told the class to leave, Tomlinson decided to grab my arm before I left. "So, my house?" he asked. He didn't sound sassy, or mean, or cocky, he sounded serious and nice. I smiled, I actually smiled at that.

                                                                      *   *   *

The car stopped right when I looked outside the window. "Hmm.. Nice place, Tomlinson." I complimented him. I'm surprised by my actions, I actually said something nice to him.

"Thanks." he said, sounding a bit unsure if he should say that. He probably thought it was weird that I did that. I surely thought it was.

We crawled out of his beaten car and walked to his house. Two-story. Never thought Tomlinson's family could afford that. As we walked in, two little girls ran to him with happy faces. "LouLou!" they both yelled as they jumped in his arms.

I had an urge to smile, but I didn't want to show it. "These girls are your sisters, right?" I asked. He just responded with a small nod as he put the girls down. They ran off to a room and shut the door. A small laugh came out of my mouth. It was just so cute.

"So, what do we have to do for the project again?" he asked me as we walked in the kitchen. I just shrugged, not actually knowing what we had to do.

"Great." he mumbled. There's the Louis I know! I mentally laughed at what I thought.

His mom walked in the room, carrying what I think was laundry. "Hi, sweetie," she said to Louis. "who's this pretty girl with you?"

I smiled at what she said and looked at her. "I'm Casey." I told her. Louis looked at me with a I-could've-told-her-that look. I gave him a well-now-you-don't-have-to look back.

"Oh what a pretty name. You and Louis dating?" she asked. Good thing I didn't have any water in my mouth because I would of spit it out. My eyes just widened and so did Louis'.

"No, no, no, no, no." I said a bit too quickly. "We aren't dating, Mrs. Tomlinson. Louis' just a.. Uh.." I couldn't figure out what I could say. A friend? No, I'm not his friend. Enemy? No, she'll think it's weird that Louis' enemy is in his own house. Partner for science? There it is!

"He's just my science partner." I finally said.

She just nodded and looked back at Louis. She bent down to whisper in his ear.

Louis' POV

My mom bent down and pressed her lips near my ear. "You like her don't you, sweetie?"

My mouth dropped open. How does she get that kind of idea? Yeah, I admit that Casey is pretty, but I don't like her that way. Well, maybe I do, but- What am I saying? I don't like Casey. I just can't like my enemy.

"N-no." I whispered back with a stutter.

She chuckled and shook her head. "Yeah, you do, love. You just don't know it yet." she whispered back before walking away.

I looked at her as she walked away. What did she mean by that? I just didn't get it. I don't like Casey and she should just except that.

       She's got you high and you don't even know yet.

My mind clicked. Who said that? Oh, that's right my mind did. Duh. Why did I think of tha- Oh my god, that's a song, isn't it? I like Casey, don't I?

She's got me high.. I just don't know it yet.

Ah, crap.
