The Ugly Truth.

My poems. Feel free to take a look.
Different poem each chapter.

8. Darkness.

Red roses wither away,
into the darkness.
The child disappears
into the night.

Wind blows back and forth,
howling with an unusual force.
The birds and the bees vanish,
their wings fallen.

A lioness lying helplessly,
under the trees of the savannah.
Yet the trees are falling,
and they're devouring as they go.

Rivers run red,
stained with unsatisfaction;
whereas the sea's are overflowing with salty water.

The moon no longer shines,
The sun has reached it's prime.
