Your My Prince Charming

"Who are you? Are you like my Prince Charming or something?" I asked the stranger who just saved my life. "Maybe, I can be someday." This strange and mysterious person asked me. "How may I repay you?" I asked in my thick British accent. "No need, princess." He said. Oh only if he knew that I was a princess. "Well, thank you Prince Charming." I said with a curtesy at the end. "Anything for you princess. "Anything for you, princess." He said with a bow at the end. "Wouldn't you like to know my name?" He asked. "I think Carming suits you." I smirked. "Well, I must be on my way. Thank you again." I said before running off.
What 'Prince Charming' and Princess Lillian didn't know, is that they won't be able to forget about each other. They'll look high and low for each other. But one coffee stop will change that.

28. Dad

I got home after I went and got my phone from Niall's house. The screen's cracked. "GRANDMA!!" I yelled. "She's in the study, dear." Rosie said. "Thanks Rosie." I said walking to the study. I walked in and saw that grandma was reading a book. "Grandma, can I pleas-" She cut me off. "Go ask your father." Grandma said. "Dad's home?" I asked. "Yes dear. He's in his office." She said. "Thanks Grandma." I said running out of the study and to dad's office. "Daddy!" I squealed. "Darling, how are you?" Dad asked walking up to me. I gave him a hug and dad returned to whatever he was doing. "We need to have a talk." Dad said. "Um, alright." I said taking the seat in front of his desk. "So, you have a boyfriend." Dad stated. "I've had one before. His name is Niall, and he's really sweet, kind, and caring. Dad, you'll love him." I said. "A father never likes a guy that his daughter dates." Dad said. "If you ever meet him, promise me you'll be nice?" I asked. "I can't promise anything." Dad said. "Fine. Oh, did you see the pool?" I asked. "Yes! What did you do?" Dad yelled. "Well, you know my boyfriends in a band right?" I asked. "Yea, he's in the biggest boy-band in the world." Dad said. I laughed. "Well, Niall, and 3 of his band mates were over. And the golf cart pedal messed up and we ran into the pool." I explained. "We'll have the golf cart out by next week. But you needed to ask me something?" Dad asked. I stood up and walked to the other side of the desk. I sat on the desk and looked at dad. "Can I go to L.A. with Niall?" I asked not wanting to waist time. Dad stopped writing and looked up at me. "I haven't even met the kid, and you want to go to L.A. with him. You're to young." Dad said. "I'm almost 18. Only 8 more days." I said.  "You're still not going." Dad said. "I am going! And you can't stop me!" I shrieked. I ran out of the room and up the stairs.

"I hat him!" I yelled. "Calm down hunney." Grandma said. "I'm going! And he can't stop me!" I yelled. "Yes, he can. He's your father. Darling, I think you're over reacting." Rosie said. I threw myself on my bed and sighed heavily. "Why can't I just have a normal life?" I asked myself. "First: You're a princess. Second: Your dating a pop-star. Third: A normal life isn't fun." Rosie said. "All I want is to be normal for one day. Without all the fuss about safety and paparazzi." I said. "All your father wants is the best for you." Grandma said. I stood up and grabbed my suitcase from under my bed. I threw it on the bed and grabbed a handful of clothes from my closet. "I don't give a shit about what he says." I said throwing the clothes into my suitcase.  "You can't just leave!" Rosie said. Grandma put a hand on Rosie's shoulder. Rosie looked at Grandma and she just shook her head telling Rosie to let me continue. "You can't just let her leave!" Rosie said. "She's almost an adult. She needs to make her own decisions." Grandma said. Rosie stormed out of the room. I kept putting clothes in my bag, while grandma watched.

I finished quickly. I had enough clothes for like 2 months. "Are you seriously going to let me go?" I asked grandma. "I think you're old enough. All I want you to do is be safe." Grandma walked up to me and put a hand on my cheek. She took her thumb and rubbed it against my cheek. I put my hand on her wrist and kept it there for a moment. "Just be safe." Grandma said. I nodded. "I'm going to go stay at Ed's for a couple of days. I'll talk to you before I leave." I said. "Alright darling." Grandma said. I grabbed my bag and walked down the stairs. It was really late at night and dark out. "Call me once you get there. And tell Ed I said hello." Grandma said. "Alright." I said. "Be safe and call me once you get there." Grandma said. "I will." I gave grandma a kiss on the cheek and ran to my car.
