1. My story

No one really knew for certain what happened, well everyone except me, but I didn’t count, I was invisible. I was just a girl that was in the wrong place at the wrong time, I was the girl in the car that should have died. People questioned me, they asked me who had been on the bridge, I answered, they looked at me sceptically they pitied me, but dad always said that pity was the worst of the emotions. They brought in specialist doctors and psychological doctors but they had nothing new to say. They asked me if I felt guilty, no, I would reply. I felt their eyes scanning me with confusion, but they weren’t really interested in me. They brought in care workers, that was when I put my foot down. The last thing my dad told me was to look after my brothers and sister; I didn’t need a care workers advice. I told them Jacob was in charge, after all he had just turned nineteen, he turned down university applications and said he’d look after us. I decided that nobody else need hear my story, but I’ve decided to put it down in my own words in case anything awful happens to me, this is my story:
