The Other One

Wow! I haven't been on this account in ages! I would like to re-write this storyline again as I loved the original idea and would like to improve it, and make it much more better! If you would like to read the improved version, please check out my new account: _Allegra_
Thanks :)

1. The Orphanage of Angels

01480. That was my name. I suppose that's not a very interesting name at all! That's why I changed it. Willow. I remember reading about willow trees at a young age and I always thought about how beautiful they were. Mia. That was her name. Little did I know that that name would change my life forever.

RRRRRRIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNGG! The horribly feeling of fatigue rolled over me like a wave on a stormy night. I hate mornings. I ambled over to my wardrobe and said in a clear voice,
"School clothes."
I felt the new, clean fabrics wrapped around my body like a blanket. I would say that I am lucky to live life now and to have a lot of helpful contraptions. As I live in the year 3024 science and things like that have improved; so has our way of living. I remember learning about our past history and how we used to dress ourselves! Now that seems a little silly.

At 6:30 a.m., I went out of my miniscule room and slowly walked into the empty corridor. For some reason I always enjoyed coming out early. It was as if I was the only one alive. I felt that I could do anything but of course I couldn't because the instructors that work here watch you like a hauk. Instructors are people who watch over you to show you what is right and wrong. They also help you learn but when you misbehave they do unthinkable things. Luckily, I have never been in that situation to tell the story but it is apparently really terrible.

After wandering around the orphanage, the corridors started to build up so it ment the most boring, and dreadful thing you have to do when you start a new year at The Orpanage of angels; the meeting. The instructors just explain about our purpose in life and what they expect of us and other rubbish but I barely pay attention. I eventually arived at the big hall where they hold this 'important' meeting. I found the first seat at the back and sat there. This was going to be the longest 2 hours ever. Suddenly my friend Jack (or 01654) suprised me as he exuberantly slumped onto the chair next to me.  He has been my best friend since I joined the orphanage. He has been with me through thick and thin and I really hope it stays like that.
"Hello Willow; are you ready for a new exciting year at the Orpahanage of Angels?!" He said like a presenter on a TV show.
"Yeah; sure." I said; not having the same enthusiasm as he does.
After a while of catching up, the lights in the hall started to dim and our head instructor stood up at the top of the hall.He said with a clear, loud voice:
Welcome students to your 12th year at the Orphanage of Angels!
Well, I thought, this is going to be fun.
