More Than This

This was what a wrote for a story we had to do in english class, about someone learning to care for a person. But it was too cute to just be for school, so I had to share, lol. In this story, Sophie and Harry show each other that life is more than what they think it is, due to whatever they already have.

2. Just volunteering

Harry maneuvered around the people in his way on the sidewalk. He just wanted to get this day over with. Management was making him volunteer at a hospital as charity work, and Harry was not happy about it at all. He could be anywhere else, making better use of his time, but he was stuck here instead.
Back in her room, Sophie got up to get breakfast. She put on her blond wig and scrubs. She didn't like walking around in her hospital gown. She didn't want people to know she was bald and skinny, or sick at all. It made her feel so weak, which she hated. When she dressed like this, people thought she was a hospital volunteer, so she stuck with it. No one would ever guess she was a patient this way.
Harry entered the hospital and was immediately greeted by tons of doctors who told him what he'd be doing for the rest of the day. He couldn't stand these people telling him to do something he didn't want to do. He was basically just supposed to talk to patients, help them with things, and be a servant. He could tell it was going to be a long day.
Suddenly the dull hospital came to life when a gorgeous blonde girl in scrubs walked in. He stared at her as she walked across the room, trying not to make eye contact with anyone. Sophie kept her head down when she saw the big group of people that she hoped wouldn't notice her. She almost made it through the room when suddenly she felt someone tap her shoulder. She turned to see them, when she was breath taken by the most beautiful shade of green she'd ever seen looking straight into her eyes. It felt like the air had been sucked  right out of her lungs. Standing in front of her was the boy she loved, the boy she never imagined herself being lucky enough to meet, Harry Styles. For the first time in a year, Sophie smiled.
Harry asked for help finding his way through the hospital, thinking Sophie was a volunteer. She helped him, and continued to act as a volunteer for the rest of the day for the rest of the day, staying with Harry and helping him get around. If it wasn't for Sophie, Harry would have had a terrible day. She made everything okay, and he enjoyed the day they spent together. Shockingly, when Harry left the hospital that day, he called management, asking them to sign him up to volunteer the next day.
