"So, Janet and Grow?" Rebbeca asked raising her eyebrows, she really shouldn't do that it didn't help her nose! I sighed, didn't she listen to me? I nodded, as I pushed off on my little scooter as we scooted across the park. "Haha, they'll be pretty babies!" She says, we laugh so hard we almost fell off our scooters. We joke about for the next twenty minutes about nonsense. We reach the hill, her parents apartment is on the top floor, she and her eight brothers (imagine that? I can barely live with one and we don't even live together!) and her parents, they where such a happy family! I said goodbye and promised to e-mail her my Spanish notes. I turned to leave and she asked me

"Do you like the new Hannah?" She scrunches her noise up and looks at the floor. I don't reply "Do you think I could look like her?" She then asks. I smile at her

"You can be anything you want, Becs. See ya!" I said and then waved goodbye and reared down the hill. I stopped at my house, and looked across the road. An extremely good looking boy was crossing the road carrying a guitar, it had 'music is my life' written on the back, he was dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt. He glanced at me, I grinned back and he raised his eyebrows and hurried off. I huffed, he was avoiding me because I was ugly. Great!

Mum was late she left me a note saying she was going to the movies with a male friend from work. I laughed at this as she underlined male. I changed into my jeans and a soft t-shirt and curled up in front of the T.V and did my homework.

I was tired and it was a school night so I showered and brushed my thick mass of fuzzy hair into a stretchy elastic band and then grabbed a book and curled up in bed. The phone rang and I grabbed it. Grandma. She spoke for ages, I laughed and smiled to her stories as she explained her clumsiness it was nice to have someone so close to me that was clumsy too. She said she sent me some money in the post, I thanked her but then guessed she might have sent it to Debbie by mistake but didn't mention this, she told me goodnight and then called me Debbie I laughed and didn't explain why and said goodnight and put the phone down. Bed time, good night ugly kid!
