**Blurb is misleading, it isn't as good as I thought it would be. Personally, it's not my best but by all means, if you want to read it go ahead! Just let me warn you, it's not as good as the blurb says.

Chapter 3: ding, the doorbell went.

Alira’s POV

I sat on the couch with my legs propped up on the coffee table. The tv was on but I wasn’t paying attention to any of it. In my hands was the piece of paper Liam gave me. I replayed what happened at the diner over and over in my head. Why the hell do they want to get to know us? There’s nothing interesting about us at all. Maybe it was some sick prank that makes us call someone that they don’t know. But they wouldn’t do that. They were too nice. Should I call them? It’s been two hours since the go show. I can hear Jenna banging in the kitchen. She’s supposed to be making spaghetti, she said she learned it in cooking two years ago and she wanted to try it again. Oh shit, she’s poisoning my food. I better go help her.

I get up off the couch and walked towards the kitchen and sure enough, i was right. There’s Jenna at the stove with a burning pot and food spread all over the countertop.

‘Erm, whats all this?’ I asked her. She turns around and i can see the distress in her face.

‘Oh, i thought I could do this again. But i can’t. I almost burnt the noodles and i cut up the basil leaves wrong. Ohmygod, Ali! I lost my cooking skills. One direction won’t like me anymore. Niall won’t like me. I know how much he likes food. Oh my god. Ali!’ I can see the panic in her eyes and i know she’s being serious. But she’s going on about one direction for the past two hours and it’s quite annoying.

‘Chill, Jenna. Breathe, babe.’ I answered with a laugh in my voice. She tried to breathe, i can tell but she’s still so scared.

‘Jenna Anne Black. Stop! We haven’’t even called them yet. How about I call them and you just chill, yes?’ i tried to say as calmly as i could. She nodded and she turned off the stove and walked to the guest bedroom. She moved in with me while her parents are up in France, Jenna didn’t want to go for 5 years because of uni and stuff so she stayed with  me.

I walked over to the lounge room and picked up my phone. I dialled the number then hung up quickly. Shit, what am I going to say?

Hi, is this one of the one direction boys?

Nope, too lame.

Hello, is this Liam?

What if it wasn’t Liam...

Hi, this is Alira. I got this number and I hope it’s the same person who gave it to me.

Ha, too formal.

You know what. I’m just gonna go with the flow. Stuff that.

I rang the number again. 1 ring, 2 rings, 3... they’re probably not going to answer.

‘Hello?’ a husky british accent answered.

‘Hi, this is Alira.’ I answered, My pulse started to beat fast and my palms started to get sweaty. I’m so nervous for some weird reason!

‘Alira! This is Harry.’ the other line said. Oh yes! it’s one direction.

‘Hi, Harry!’ i said in a very chirpy voice. Ugh, i sound like a crazed fan! I need to act cool.

‘Erm, so we, like, gave you this number because, like, we just, erm, wanted to, err, we just wanted to know if you’d like to come stay with us for a weekend at, um, manly?’ he said in a very nervous tone which i found highly adorable.

‘Oh, we’d love to! This weekend?’ i asked. A weekend with five, amazing uk boys? Hell yes!

‘How about this weekend?’

‘Yeah, sure. That’ll be fine’

‘Harreh! Who are yo talking to?’ I heard someone yell out on the other end.

‘It’s Alira!’ Harry yelled back.

‘I WANT TO TALK TO HER! GIVE ME THE PHONE!’ And I swear that’s Louis. I can hear the phone being passed person to person.

‘Alira?’ Louis said in an excited voice. His voice is just so unique, i freaking love it.

‘Hey, Louis’ I greeted him with the same excitement.

‘How are you?’

‘I’m great, yourself?’

‘I’m in a particularly good mood.’ He gave a hearty laugh and i smiled. He’s got this laugh that could just bring out the sun on a very cloudy day.

‘That’s great, so we going up to manly this weekend?’ i said half trying to keep the conversation going and half trying to end it.

‘Oooh yes, we’ll meet you at your house. Where do you live?’

‘Erm, 42 Wallaby Way.’

‘Bullshit, that’s off Finding Nemo. Where do you really live?’ I laughed at how he instantly knew it wasn’t true.

‘I know, I live at 23 Lunence Place. Got it?’

‘Yepyep, we’ll pick you two up at around 10 in the morning on saturday. We already rented a beach house.’

‘Okay, see you then.’

‘Wear something pretty.’ He answered and hung up.

I’m already beginning to like Louis and I only met him a few hours ago. That’s not possible.  I heard Jenna coming down the stairs and I spun on my heel meeting her there.

‘So? What’s going on?’ she asked me in a fervent tone. Her blue eyes widening in excitement.

‘We’re going to go up to Manly with them this weekend. That okay?’ I asked her.

‘For the whole weekend? For those two days? With one direction?’

‘Yes?’

‘Oh my god. I need air. I’m going to go out okay? I’ll be back in a few hours.’ and with that she grabbed the keys and walked out. I was so confused. Was she that nervous that she had to leave the house? No, I doubt it. There’s something else that’s wrong. I’m just going to have to wait until she comes back to ask her. I went into my room and picked up my laptop. I sat in the lounge room while I played my music. I checked twitter, checked my facebook and i instantly got bored. There’s nothing to do these days.

Ding. Went the doorbell. I spun around and darted for the door. As soon as I turned the doorknob, the door was wrenched away. There stood someone I’ve been hiding from for 4 months. He stepped through the doorway and I stepped back. This can’t be happening. His piercing green eyes bored into mine. No. No. Not him. He’s not supposed to be here! I sent him away. He was supposed to leave me forever. No.

‘Hello, Alira.’ He said in a shockingly cold voice.

‘Blake.’ I gasped out.
