Mattie's POV

Weeew the writing exams are over!! I just feel so refresh when they're over... wait. I'm feeling confident. Confidence after an exam is not good. It usually either means I failed or that something bad is going to happen. I was right. The all too familiar metallic voice echoed through the hall once again: 'could Matilda Jones please come to the reception office at four o'clock.' Shoot. I know this is not good. I remembered my little 'chat' with the principal. Damn. My life here is over. Who wants to be friends with the bad girl anyway? May as well get it over and done with. Humming Another Lonely Day by Three Days' Grace, I walked down to the reception. It was when I was half way down there that I realised that they used the name again. I'll get them back. I stopped humming and walked down the corridor in silence. Nearly there...I hear voices...oh. My shoe lace is undone. I must tie it up before I trip. I bend down, pretending to do my laces...extra slowly. I inspected the floor. Oh its marble, fan-say! Never noticed. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't stalling, I'm merely curious as to what the voices are talking about..

"It...like...Jones...donor. Power..." well...that certainly wasn't wait I was expecting..

"Hello Matilda Jones." My spine prickled as I felt a someone looming over me. I was not a nice feeling.

"H-hi!" I stammered back, still staring at the floor "You have really nice floors here, do you know where I can get any like this? I think this is just the type my mum wants." Great. I really need to learn how to think on the spot.

"Thank you, its Italian Marble. From Italy." slowly I looked up, I could already guess who it was.
