Always Smile

Amore was a normal girl. She fits in and always knew how to light up a room. But what people don't know is that not everything is perfect in her world... and this secret may lead to her end...

14. Las Cosas Pequeñas ~Prince Royce

We walked back to the room where everyone was lounged around. Harry took April into a corner to tell her the news, and she ran into her bedroom crying. Charlotte went after her and we spent the rest of the evening watching movies. I was snuggled up to Harry until I fell asleep in the middle of Taken.

I woke up on my bed, still wearing my clothes. I slowly got up and went to the kitchen to get water. As I opened the fridge, a voice startled me from behind.

"I though I told you to stay away from him." April said, her voice dripping with hate.

"You can't control my feelings for someone." I said in the exact same tone.

"Watch me."

She hit me over the head with something... hard. I fell to the ground and blacked out.

I woke up with my head still pounding in a car. I sat up as the car came to a stop.

"Get out." April said, a knife was in her hand.

I did as she said and climbed out of the car. The rain was pounding all around us, the moon shining on puddles. We were at the edge of a cliff.

"Go on, jump off." April said, nudging me with the gleaming weapon in her hand.

"April, don't do this. Things don't need to happen like this!" I pleaded with her, turning around to face her.

"Yes they do."

A car stopped near us and Louis, Rose, Raelynn, and Harry got out.

"Leave her alone." Rose said, all kinds of emotions running with her voice.

3rd person, pov:

April pushed her off the cliff, but as she fell, she managed to grab hold a small stone that was sticking out of the large structure. Amore looked down, a fast flowing river was underneath her. The water crashed against the bottom of the cliff. she heard a struggle from above, and looked up. Harry's face appeared on the edge.

"Amore, grab my hand!" he called out to her, but he was too far away for her to reach. She tried, but missed his hand by an inch. Just and inch.

"Harry, I can't hold on!" She called up to him. Three fingers, her pointer, middle, and ring fingers. That was all she held on with.

"Just wait!" He said back trying to reach further down. But he was still too far away.

"Harry, I'm sorry." She whispered.

"NO! Don't let go! Not yet." He yelled down to her. The rain was beating even harder now, drumming against the thirsty earth.

"I love you." She said, her hazel eyes meeting his green.

Then she let go. The water let out a loud splash, coldness rushing to meet her.

"AMORE!!" He screamed into the night, but the only answer he got back was the silent echo of his words.

He pounded the ground, not wanting to believe that she was gone.

The others looked at each other, they were at a loss of words.

She was gone.
