Back to Camp Half-Blood

"I feel like that there is someone out there who understands me better than my mom. What I experienced that couple of days was something that someone would never want to have. Sadly, now I know, there are kids like me also that have the same problems."

Maia is a normal girl. Or, that's what she's been told. Turns out, she is a very powerful demi-god. Her brother personally took the liberaty of defeating one of the most powerful titans out there.

Wonder how Annabeth ever found Percy in his dreams?!?

I've created this cuz a) I feel bad for poor Leo who's been left a loner and b) I waited long enough for a daughter of..... oops almost gave it away. As you might of guessed, this is a spin-off of Percy Jackson and The Olympians and Heroes of Olympus series.

32. The Battle

The next ten minutes, or that's what it is seemed to be by me, passed with such ferocity and so much action that if I hadn't been ADHD, I wouldn't have seen anything. Some of us didn't. Most of the dead that we now have to bury were not ADHD and could not see when their opponent went in for the kill. The rest of the non-ADD or ADHD camp population were either not in the battle as they were medics with the Apollo cabin, or were with the Hypnos cabin putting the enemy to sleep from in the trees. I, personally, was very proud of my demon slaying skills. On my list was four hellhounds, seventeen dracanae, and a couple of those mud giants with the help of Will Solace when he was pulling injured people from the front lines.

I came face to face with another one of those mud giants and everyone was engaged with their own battles, so I decided to take it on my myself. Mistake number one. I wish that I never did. I charged at it and tried to summon water from either the lake or the pipes in the Big House or even the little stream that was in the forest. Nothing came, and I kept running. And it charged at me. I didn't turn back. Mistake two. I should have known that there was no way that I would be able to beat this thing, at least by myself. A battle cry came from my general vicinity and I realized that it was me. My heart racing faster, sweat beading on my brow as I jumped, falling towards the top of the earth giant. I didn't expect to be that hard, but for some reason I couldn't even master the jump properly. Talk about being over-tired. I landed hard on my left knee and rolled off of it without making a dent in the giant. I turned around as its club came down on my right side. I ducked and rolled to my left to avoid it. Standing up, I accidentally backed into a girl from the Hermes Cabin. I believe that her name was Ida. I heard her sigh in relief, as she stood up a little taller.

"You done with Clay man?" She asked.

"Not yet. Wanna help?" I answered as she turned around and we both charged at the Mud giant from different sides. Ida's scythe-like sword and my arrows made for a great combination to repeatedly kill this guy. We tried numerous attacks, such as attacking from the back, a frontal assault and another attack from the different sides. After trying those, we were exhausted and almost beat, but we gave it one last go. Ida gave out an ear piercing battle cry and the ground opened up in front of her and the Mud giant fell through. The ground closed as quickly and suddenly as it had parted. "Or, you can just do that." I said to Ida, and we parted ways into different sections of the battle. There was a glowing on top of her head, as she had just been claimed. By Hades. Huh, never thought I'd see the day.

The rest of the battle flew by in a blur, thankfully. Only after the battle did I realize that Chiron had talked to Percy and Annabeth via Iris message as they showed up just after a bright flash, with tattered clothes, a bloodied nose on my brother and the rest of the infamous seven with dazed looks behind them.
