1. Passing Judgement

"It was you!"

They all pointed;

They all shouted,

But it was not true.

 

I'd have to make do,

Because I surely knew~

They had no time to compose,

But rather, only time to suppose.

 

They had passed their judgement,

And on they went,

All in content;

Worried not of mere consent.

 

From out of the party

A voice cried out,

"It was me."

They all stirred.

 

Their pride came crashing;

My hope came lifting.

Apologies given and accepted,

I knew I'd be respected.
