The Marriage and Baby Project - A Louis Tomlinson Fanfic

"Rosie Moore. You will be partnered with....." He waved his hands around above a piece of paper while covering his eyes. JUST TELL ME! "Louis Tominson" I actually started laughing.
"You're joking right?" The whole class was silent apart from a few 'oohs' started by Zayn Malik. Another one of the populars. There's basically five boys I can't stand in this school. Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and the devil himself Louis Tomlinson. Now i'm freaking married to the guy. I've been partnered with my rival Louis Tomlinson in The Marriage and Baby Project...

15. Kissing Booth and You're Taking Who?!

Rosie's POV:

Wednesday soon arrived making me realise how long that week was taking to go by...

I felt like it was never going to end but at the same time there was a feeling inside of me that didn't want it to. Is that weird?

I dropped Louise over to Louis' house last night and everything was so awkward. Normally we would have annoyed or irritated each-other before I left but instead we said nothing...not a thing and we barely even made eye contact.

As I entered the school building the bell signalling an anouncement from the intercom rang out through the hallways immediately catching my attention.

"I would like to inform all Year 12 students involved in The Marriage and Baby Project this year that on Friday during the Halloween Carnival all you're dolls' simulator packs will be switched off giving you a night of freedom. That is all"

As Mr.Walter's deep voice filled the hall I couldn't hold in my excitement. I began jumping around, fist pumping the air and shouting for joy with the news he just gave out.

Everyone looked at me as if I was a mental patient or worse...Jenna.

I really need some help...

I was so worried that I might have had to carry that piece of plastic around with me.

Just as I turned around I noticed something that really made my day.

"Good morning Louis" I said with a smirk as I watched the baggy-eye, grey-skinned boy shuffle in through the door holding Louise by one leg.

"Please help me!" He pleaded as he looked into my eyes, his bloodshot ones practically piercing into my soul yet I couldn't stifle my laughter.

"Wow finally finding it difficult huh?" I crossed my arms as my smirk grew even bigger. Honestly I kind of miss this. Where we both tease each-other..for the last couple of days everything seems to have been serious.

"What is Mr.Walters trying to do to us?!" He asked as he pulled his face with his hands trying to rub the tiredness from his eyes.

"Ruin our lives maybe?" I replied sarcastically as I raised my eyebrows at him. I took the doll from his arms and placed them in my own as she began crying once again. I cradled for a moment as Louis groaned once again.

"She just doesn't shut up!" He shouted to no-one in-particular as Hallie walked in and smacked Louis' bum before swiftly running off.

I squinted my eyes in confusion as my gaze followed her. "Uhm...what was that?" I asked Louis who was now bright red in the face.

"I don't know what you're talking about" He replied with a smirk before dancing off towards his locker.

"Save those skills for Grease, Tomlinson! What's going on with you and Hallie?!" There was a strong feeling inside me. I hadn't felt it before and I can't say I liked it either. I felt my heart beat faster in my chest and my fists were gripped tighter than ever.

Was I jealous?

"Not that is any of your business but I may have asked Hallie to the carnival..." He mumbled the last part probably hoping I wouldn't hear it but boy did I hear every word.

"Well...that's great Louis...I'm happy for you" I shot him a fake smile before heading towards where Mackenzie was standing as I mentally slapped myself.

What is wrong with me? Louis has a date. I have a date. That's it. That's all there is. Why do I care who he takes?

I don't care...I don't!

"Well someone looks like they want to kill someone..."

"Bloody hell Jason! Why do you do this every time! You nearly gave me a blooming heart attack!" I snapped at him as I clutched my chest trying to regain my breath. He chuckled lightly as I finally recovered.

"Your knuckles are white and you look like smoke is going to start emerging from your ears at any moment!" Jason laughed completely ignoring everything I just said.

"Oh my god you're so funny!" I replied sarcastically as I rolled my eyes at him. "But honestly I don't even know what's wrong with me today...I've been having weird...feelings" I told him truthfully as I fiddled with my fingers, avoiding his gaze.

"Ok I'm sensing you obviously don't want to talk about it but maybe you should rethink your 'feelings'. You'll know what to do then" Way to go Jason...thank you for going all deep and quoting at a time like this.

Maybe he's right

"Good Morning Rosie!" Our extremely perky class president greeted me with a cheesy smile. Katie is great. She's just a your face...

"Good morning" I tried to match her intense smile but I probably looked like a scary clown...

Why is she talking to me anyway?

"I just wanted to talk to you about Friday night. It's two days from now" No shit Sherlock. Does she seriously think I'm that dumb?

"Ok what's up?" I asked her as I continued walking down the hall and she followed close behind.

"Well I was wondering if you were maybe willing to help out on the night?" She asked hopefully as her voice rose higher and higher.

I knew something was going to ruin this for me. Nothing can ever turn out right can it?

"What do you have in mind?" I sighed as I finally turned to face the perfect blonde in front of me.

"The kissing booth!" She grinned and started clapping her hands excitedly as if she had done me a favour. She most certainly has not.

I actually thought I could have one night where I could relax and have fun, I guess not.

I raised my eyebrow at her and her smile collapsed slightly, knowing that I had caught into her fakeness.

"Look, I know it's short notice and you want to have a fun night too but please! I really need someone to do it! Only one other person has applied. You two can take shifts so you'll only be at the booth for half an hour at the most!" Her grin was then once again taking up her whole face.

I can't even imagine the stress Katie was going through. She basically had to organise the whole carnival herself. She had to hire all the rides, clowns, booths, food. Everything!

The least I can do is dedicate half an hour of my life....I know I'm going to regret this.
