The Marriage and Baby Project - A Louis Tomlinson Fanfic

"Rosie Moore. You will be partnered with....." He waved his hands around above a piece of paper while covering his eyes. JUST TELL ME! "Louis Tominson" I actually started laughing.
"You're joking right?" The whole class was silent apart from a few 'oohs' started by Zayn Malik. Another one of the populars. There's basically five boys I can't stand in this school. Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and the devil himself Louis Tomlinson. Now i'm freaking married to the guy. I've been partnered with my rival Louis Tomlinson in The Marriage and Baby Project...

20. Hot Coffee and Apologizing?

Louis' POV:

As soon as I got that text I made up an excuse to go home.

For once I spent my Friday night on my own. I didn't go out partying or get into trouble with my friends. I sat scared in my room getting no sleep.

I spent the whole night thinking of two things.

Rosie and that text...

She hasn't left my mind. Even though it didn't last long that kiss was the best of my life.

And maybe she's not ready to admit it yet but I know she felt something too. But as usual as soon as I something good happens someone has to come and ruin it.

Rosie had Louise this morning so I was free to do what I wanted. Which means Starbucks is definitely numer one on the list.

I dragged myself out of the bed I had spent most of my night sitting up in going over my thoughts and shuffled into the bathroom to take a shower.

After I finished getting dressed I grabbed my phone and headed down the stairs where my four sisters were making as much noise as they possibly could.

"Louis!" Daisy and Phoebe, the twins grabbed one of my legs each and held onto them. I chuckled lately as I tried to Cary both their weight into the kitchen.

"Good morning girls" I smiled lightly and finally made it through the door where my mum was making breakfast, Lottie was on her phone and Fizz was watching something on TV.

"Morning Lou" My mum kissed my cheek as I stood beside her examining what was for breakfast.

What? No matter what I will always be a mummy's boy!

I decided against the mushy eggs and told my mum that I was in fact going to Starbucks. I really don't spend enough time at home with them...

I hugged each of my sisters goodbye and headed out the door. It was only a ten minute walk so I thought I would get some exercise and go for that.

The cold October air hit me like a brick as I buried my head into my scarf to try and keep some heat in.

I never replied to the text I had gotten. I didn't know what to say. I mean I couldn't just be like 'Ah yeah that's fine, I'll do whatever you want, sure what's better than a nice bit of blackmail?'

I mean I don't even know who it is! I could know this person or I could not

I shook the thought out of my mind as I finally reached the doors of the coffe shop. The smell of coffee beans immediately hit me and the warm air made my insides heat up.

I joined the line and looked around at the different people in the queue. A business woman, a mother, a guy with a laptop...

"Louis?" I would recognise that voice anywhere and it wasn't exactly one I wanted to hear.

I turned my head with a fake smile already in my face, preparing me for an awkward conversation.

"Meg" I replied through gritted teeth.

"fancy seeing you here!" she grinned widely acting like nothing had happened last night. What the hell is wrong with her?

"Yeah what a funny place to run into someone...Starbucks..." I tried my very best not to sound sarcastic but I don't think I succeeded. I mean come on!

She nodded trying to avoid a silence and just as I was about to turn my head around once again she spoke up.

"Do you want to sit with me?" She asked sweetly. I actually wanted to hear what she had to say. I hadnt seen the girl in years and now she just shows up out of nowhere causing trouble...there's got to be some reason why.

Rosie's POV:

Louis just left last night. The only person he told was Harry which made me suspicious. Was he upset about Niall?

I shrugged the thought from my mind as Louise started crying once again. I barely got any sleep. I left straight after Louis and went to sleep in my costume. I don't know how many times I woke up though.

It certainly wasn't the night I was expecting...

I finally figured out that I was actually supposed to be feeding the doll bottles and other baby stuff...yeah I'm not the smartest at times.

I only realised it when I saw my mom bringing home baby formula preparing for our 'new addition'. Honestly I am not looking forward to having another kid in this house!

I fed Louise a bottle and she finally stopped her screeching cries giving me some peace.

I decided I would text Delilah and ask her to hang out as she was the only one who would actually not annoy me.

Hey Dee! ;)

Wanna hang out today? I need someone to talk to :) x

I quickly sent the text and headed downstairs for breakfast.

Valeria had finally left for college so I was free from her annoying me every day but that still left the rest of my household...

I dragged myself down the staircase with Louise in my arms, preparing myself for the mentally draining people I call my family.

"Good morning Rosemarie" My mother as always greeted me by my first name. She never liked the way everyone calls me Rosie.

"Morning" I grumbled and walked into the kitchen where Charlie was making a complete mess with his cereal, Leila's eyes were as usual glued to the screen of her phone and Tyler was watching the news and for once he was actually dressed.

"So how was the carnival?" Tyler tried to make conversation although his gaze never left the TV screen.

"Fine" I replied bluntly. Well I was hardly going to tell him that Meg arrived, causing Louis to tell Niall about what happened and then I kissed him....That would make no sense to him and I wasn't in the mood for explaining.

"Well you're full of information this morning" He replied as he took one last sip of his black coffee and left the kitchen after saying his goodbyes.

I rolled my eyes as soon as he left and made myself a cup of tea. I'm not really a coffee person. I don't really need it to be honest.

All that was running through my head was Louis..I had so many unanswered questions for him.

And I certainly wasn't looking forward to Monday. I mean there's science...that video could work at any moment and it certainly hasn't left my mind. There's drama. It's the first rehearsal and i'm going to find out who my understudy is. It also means I have to do scenes...with Louis. And then there's the possibility that Niall will tell the whole school what happened to me. I'll be a laughing stock!

"Rosie will you shut that thing up!" Leila dismissed me from my thoughts and I realised Louise was once again crying her eyes out.

I was ready to crack.

I took a deep breath to try and let my anger out but I couldn't hold it in. "Do you have any idea how much stress I have been under for the past week?! Do you have any idea how hard it is to deal with being partnered with the guy who ruined your childhood?! Or look after a plastic baby doll that cries all day long! Do you know how confusing my life is right now?!" I practically screamed the house down and Leila's face dropped in shock along with Charlie's who looked like he was going to burst into tears.

"I'm sorry..." I replied quickly and ran out of the kitchen to my room.

I threw on a random pair of clothes and hurried downstairs to get out of the house.

Thank god Delilah agreed to meet me at Starbucks or I would have been stuck in there.

I jumped in my car and started making my way to the coffee shop. Louise was being quiet, thank god and was sitting in the passenger seat.

I arrived at Starbucks in less than five minutes and walked into the warm shop away from the freezing cold breeze outside.

Louis' POV:

"Look Lou...you have no idea how sorry I am...for everything" I didn't know whether to believe the girl in front of me as she sipped her latte and stared directly into my eyes.

We were sat in the corner of Starbucks away from everyone else. I took a sip of my steaming hot coffee and set it down again.

I refused to look her in the eyes. I wasn't ready to do that yet. She hurt Rosie just as much as I did if not more.

"Please just here me out. I was in America. After primary school we moved to California. My dad died Louis." With what she said I immediately looked her straight in the eye.

"What?" I choked out as I looked into her tear filled eyes.

"He was in a car crash. My mum was devastated. We came back to London. I didn't know you guys go there. I would have never gone. You have to believe me Lou!" She begged me as tears started to roll down her face.

"Don't cry Meg. I'm so sorry about your dad. Come here." I gestured for her to hug me and she immediately responded by wrapping her arms around my neck.

Rosie's POV:

"Hey!" Delilah greeted me as I grabbed my steaming hot tea from the counter.

"Oh hey!" I replied as I took a slurp of my coffee. Very lady-like I know.

"Do you want anything?" I asked her as I started putting some sugar into my drink.

"Oh no i'm fine, i'll get something in a minute let's just go sit down." She told me as she pointed to a table on the other side of the shop.

"Alright then."

The two of us walked over to the table when I saw them.

Meaghan and Louis.

They were kissing?
