The Start of Something New

"I know that something has changed. Never felt this way."
When Olivia's parents were killed in a crash ten years ago, she left her home in England to live with a foster family. She left all of her friends, including her older and only guy friend Lewis. But when she gets into an incident with Niall from One Direction, both her and her sister Alexa's favorite band, both Olivia and the other boys instantly become close. But as the friendship grows, she discovers something that can change her life.

25. She is titanium

The rest of the day was just as the same as it can ever be. I skyped Becca and Emma. Apparently, Becca and Louis are just sticking to the friend zone she said, so I don't think Louis will have a girlfriend for a while. That is, unless my track friend, Gabby, wants him. We're like twins, and even the coach gets us mixed up. And since I'm mistaken for his ex-girfriend, she could take my spot. Nah. She has a boyfriend. Forget all that, back to our chat

So we skyped for a half an hour, and then the boys decided to just pop in and request to join our chat.

"How the fuck did they get our skype?!" Emma asked/shouted. We looked at her shocked. We heard her swear before, but she never dropped the f-bomb for anything. ANYTHING! Just crazy for us.

"I have no idea Miss 'I just dropped the f-bomb'." Becca said to her. Emma's face was beet red. She must have been embarrassed that she splurted it out. I laughed and accepted the request of whoever it was of the guys to join our chat. A few seconds later, all five faces appeared on our screen.

"Hey guys. Emma dropped the f-bomb a few minutes ago." I said to them.

"We say that word on occasions. Well, exept Liam." Harry said.

"At least I don't have a potty mouth, when Niall here is a 'carefree mofo' as he likes to be called." Liam told him.

"You just swore!" Becca pointed out. We all just bursted out laughing.

"So what do you guys want?" Emma asked with her face in her palms.

"We just wanted to chat with you guys all together." Zayn answered. "Hey, Liv, where's Austin and Alexa?"

"They must be watching tv. I'll get them so all of us can chat. Be right back." I said. I got up from my desk and went downstairs. When I went into the living room, the only person there was Jake.

"Hey, Jake. Do you know where Alexa and Austin are? And where's Annita?" I asked.

He looked like he was about to cry. I sat on the couch next to him and he said. "Alexa and Austin are with Annita. And Annita..." He bursted into tears. After a few minutes of him crying, he continued, "Annita...she found out she had cancer."

My heart was shattered into a million peices. Annita couldn't have cancer. She was like my mother for 10 years. She was there for me when I was bullied by the queen bitches. She was there for me for when I had boy problems. She was there for me when...when I had a rough first year in America. This couldn't be happening. She's only 32, two years older than Jake. Tears started to stroll down my face. I got up from the couch, went upstairs to log out of skype. I didn't want to talk to anyone at this moment. I grabbed my coat and ran out of the house.

Author's note: I didn't think this was my best chapter, but here you go. So...what's everyone doing this week? I have quizzes, band performance (that I talk about a lot), and, of course, homework. I'm possibly going to end this book sooner or later, but I'm going to do a sequel. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions for me, tell me! I'm open for them. Thanks!!
