* Allison's POV
I blinked my eyes a few times to get the sleep out of them. I checked the time on my phone. We would land any minute.
Just then, the captain came on the loudspeaker to announce our descent. Twenty minutes later, we were walking out of the airport in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Everybody had gotten some sleep on the plane and now we were all too excited to be tired. We were in Sin City!
We decided to dump our stuff at the hotelm freshen up, and go touring.
Our hotel room was a suite with connecting rooms. One for the girls, and one for the boys. We just piled all the luggage and other stuff on the couch and went to change and get ready.
Soon we were down in the lobby debating on what to do. We finally agreed on just walking down the street and going wherever looks interesting.
We all started down the street. I was hand in hand with Liam, Niall and Hailey were holding hands, and so were Harry and Char.
Everyone strolled down until somebody stopped in front of a thrift store. I don't know who stopped, but whoever they were, I was going to have to get back at later. I had no idea what was coming for me.
* Charlotte's POV
Apparently we're going in a second hand/thrift store. I shrugged and followed Harry inside. The bell above the door tinkled as we walked in.
The shop looked small from the outside, but the interior was actually very big. It was just cramped and cluttered from the junk piled floor to ceiling. It smelled musty and old. Most of the things had thick coatings of dust like they hadn't been touched in years.
One wall was all books. Big, tiny, thick, thin, tall, short books. Their bindings look worn and the pages were in even worse condition. The print was so small you probably couldn't read it with a microscope.
There were tables, chairs, desks, and couches. Name anything and It was in there. Most of the items were stacked on top of a desk or table.
There were a couple of ugly mannequins with bald patches and lopsided heads modeling clothing fromt he last century.
Harry and I were browsing around, glimpsing at this and peeking at that when something shimmery caught my eye. I beelined it straight for a short, sqaut mannequin missing it's wig and wearing clothes two times too big.
Dangling from it's hand was a beautiful gold bracelet. It was studded with diamonds and had a little golden locket in the shape of a heart dangling from the center of the chain. I picked it up and examined it. It looked like real gold.
"That's beautiful," Harry whispered.
I bit my lip and nodded. He snatched it away and jogged over to the counter. He tapped on the bell a few times and leaned casually on the counter. When he caught my eye, he winked.
I jumped a little bit, startled as an old man came dashing from the back of the shop. He was short and plump with tufts of white hair and rosy cheeks. When he smiled he had no teeth. He wore a plaid shirt with a patched vest and corduroy slacks. A measuring tape hung around his neck like a scarf.
"What can I get for you, young man?" He asked with a slight lisp.
I watched as Harry paid for the gold bracelet and walked back over. He clasped in on my wrist and hlad my hand to admire it.
"Gorgeous," Harry said, "Just like you."
I didn't have time to thank him because I heard a shriek and some shouts. I looked up, searching for the source of the noise.
The old man was gone, how strange, but there was Alli, temblinng in the back of the shop.
