Some time went by before everyone was more themselves. As the weeks seemed to drag on, life just kind of played on by, as if I wasn't really living it. I would sit in with Saide as her and Niall planned their wedding, listening and nodding when it was appropriate. They wanted to have a unique wedding, something noone else had done before.
Harry was becoming more himself, but while he was upset, I couldn't help but be unhappy too. We both spent our days with eachother, barely speaking. But he had started to be more uplifting and today, he said he planned a date for us, saying it was a suprise and to make up for the past few weeks.
I groggly got out of bed. I didn't feel up to doing anything but for Harry, I was willing to go on this date. He was so excited and to see him happy made me feel so good. I took a nice long shower, brushed my teeth, and slowly got myself nice and dressed for tonight. He said he was picking me up around 6 and by the time I was done it was about 5:30. So, I sat and waited on the couch for Harry to arrive.
As I flipped through the channels, my eye was caught by an entertainment news channel that had Liam's face on it. I turned up the volume and listened to the story.
"Breaking news! One Direction member, Liam Payne, has a huge secret that has been spread across the world. Lets turn to Ken Baker in the studio for more on this breaking story. Ken?"
"Thanks David. Rumors are spreading about recent photos of Liam and girlfriend Danielle leaving a hospital about 2 weeks ago. The rep for the band has no comment but some think that their could be something seriously wrong with the couple. None of the group has been seen in the media for the past 2 weeks, besides Niall and fiance Saide, who are said to be deep in wedding planning. Many believe whatever could have happened has really hit the group hard. We'll update you with this story as soon as we know more about whats happening. For now, I'm Ken Baker, with E! News. Back to you David."
My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe the media had found out about the hospital. As long as they didn't know about the baby, I guess everything was fine. I tuned out for the rest of the news show, as they talked about the Kardashians, Lindsay Lohan, and other celebrities in the news. I was shaken out of my trance when I heard a knock at my door. I rushed to the mirror to check myself one last time before we left, then made my way to the door.
I opened to see Harry standing there, with a wide grin across his face.
"Hey. You ready?" He seemed so excited about where we were going, so I put on my best smile and followed him to the car. We drove for what felt like forever, and once I looked up from the radio clock which read 7:37, I saw something that took my breath away.
Harry parked fairly close and we walked about 5 minutes, until we were standing right underneath it. I looked up in awe. I couldn't believe Harry had taken me to the Eiffel Tower. I had mentioned once that I had wanted to go, but I never thought about it again, I had just been so busy.
"What do you think?" I looked at him, and all I could do was smile. He was so perfect, I had to be the luckiest girl in the world.
"This is incredible! I can't believe you did this for me." I flung myself into his arms, embracing his warmth and his amazing smell. We made our way up to the top of the tower, and I was taken away by the absolute beauty of the view. We shared a chicken dinner, and a piece of grasshopper pie, my favorite. I couldn't imagine the night could get any better, but then it did.
"Are you having a good night?" Harry grabbed my hand while he spoke, and pulled me up out of my seat. He placed my hands around his neck, his around my waist, and we began to dance.
"The best. Everything is so perfect." We shared a kiss under the stars, then I heard someone coming up to us. I turned to see a man with a guitar.
"I hope you don't mind, but I asked Niall to come play for us." I laughed and kissed his cheek.
"Of course not." Harry gave Niall a wink, and he began to play. We danced for as long as Niall would play, which was suprisingly a little over an hour.
"Thank you. Tonight was without a doubt the best night of my life." As soon as I said these words, Harry's face lit up. He realized that what he had planned worked.
"I'm glad. I'm sorry i've been so upset the past few weeks. But I promise, I'm back." With those words, I smiled, and knew that everything would be better from now on. "I have one last suprise for you."
What else could he possibly do? He had done everything I could have dreamt of for a perfect date, and he still had more. It was ubbelievable. We made our way down to the ground, and I gave the tower a final goodbye before we headed back to his car.
We drove to where ever our next adventure was, and while we did, Harry sang along to the radio. I closed my eyes and listened to his angleic voice flood my ears. I felt the car stop and opened my eyes to see we were back at his flat. I hadn't realized that we had been driving for over and hour.
"The suprise is here?" I didn't mean to sound disapointed, but I had no clue what could have been waiting for me behind those doors.
"Just wait." He smiled, and I felt more comferted about the situation. We made our way up to his door, and he slowly opened it. I peered into the darkness, waiting for something to happen. He flicked on the light, and what I saw brought me to tears as I ran inside.
