*2 WEEKS LATER*
"Hello sweetie," Niall said from the other end of the phone.
"Hello babe, how is the tour going?" I asked him.
"Pretty good. My hand is sore from all the signing," he laughed, "but it's great fun, I love all the fans."
"haha aww poor Nialler," I laughed, "Sounds great, hope your doing okay. Have you been taking your meds for you head and have you gotten any headaches?"
"Yep I have. The doctor rang up this morning and said that I could stop taking them by the end of the week and no, I haven't gotten any headaches," he replied, "but more impotantly, how are you and the kids doing? You handling them alright?"
"Yeah, we are doing okay. Guess what! Sam wrote his first word today," I squeeled, "he wrote daddy. How great is that! He's our smart little boy, but yeah, we are doing good. Ash has been a huge help with getting the kids to and from school and looking after them at some points."
"That's great," he sounded happy.
"You want to talk to the kids?" I asked.
"Deffently," he said and I put the kids to the phone.
"HI DADDY!" he both chanted.
"Hello Sam and Charlotte. How are you?" he asked.
"I'm good Daddy," Charlotte smiled.
"I can write your name Daddy," Sam cheered.
"Oh, thats great. Look Daddy has to go now okay. I love you," he said.
"I love you too Daddy," waved Sam, but Niall couldn't see the wave which made me laugh.
"Love you Daddy. Bye," Charlotte smiled
"Bye babe, I love you," I said.
"I love you too sexy, can't wait till tour is over so I can see you again. Bye," and with that he hung up.
I just wanted him to come home now. I was missing him so much and I has only been a couple of weeks. "Let's go play in the garden," I said to the kids. "YEY!" they both cheered and ran to their cubby house at the back. They loved that little house. I remember we all built that. I was a great day. A day that the whole family was together, including the twins uncles and aunty (the boys and Ashley). I sat on a deck chair on the grass and read a book. It was a very nice day and very unexspected for the U.K.
Oh gosh, I miss her so much. Maybe if we have a spare weekend during the tour I could go back and see them, but I can't make any promisses yet so I won't tell them until it's a fact that I can and if I can't I will be very upset. I have already missed a big moment in one of my childs life and that's writing his first word.
