6. November.

I woke up at 10:30. The sun was shining through my cream curtains. For the first time in a very long while, I woke feeling happy.

"Morning Dad!" I went downstairs in the clothes I was wearning the night before and my hair up in a bun.

"Morning Cam," the smell of omelettes wafted around the kitchen. Dad put a cheese omelette on a plate infront of me. Mmmm.

"Thanks Dad." I mumbled through my mouthful of egg.

"Anytime!" He replied happily. "So, who was that lad you were with last night, hmm?" He asked curiously.

"Just a guy I met at the bonfire thing-y-majig."

"Some guy, or the guy?" He asked smirking.

"Just a friend dad!" I swallowed my last mouthful and ran upstairs.

"Mmhmm..." I heard dad chuckling to himself downstairs. I washed my face and put on some foundation. I put on a black top, some ripped jeans, my sneakers and a baggy wool cardigan. I applied mascara and blush. I ran downstairs and grabbed a dog lead.

"I'm taking Molly for a walk."

"Okay Cam, be careful!" Dad warned. I found Molly outside and connected the lead to her collar and walked to the park.

When we got there I let molly of the lead and chucked the ball for her. It was really cold and I found myself rubbing my arms trying to stay warm. The air had a sharp touch and every blade of grass was covered by frozen dew.
