Suddenly it was 10:06. What?! Where did those three hours go?!
"Oh Bry, I've got to go. Dad said I had to get back by 10:30."
"Aw no, okay. Guess I'll be going too then." She replied sadly, battering her eyelashes and giving me the puppy dog face.
"Haha, sorry but that's not going to work this time." I joked patting the side of her face. I turned and we both went our different directions.
"Byee Cam, see you on Monday!"
"Byeee!" I shouted back.
I was halfway home when I heard footsteps running from behind me. I started getting really nervous and started shaking.
"BOO!" I-S-C-R-E-A-M-E-D. Like SCREAMED! I tripped over from shock. I heard a baby crying from the house beside me and they had turned the lights on. Whoops.
"Oh Lord, Cameron, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to, I- are you okay?" It was Fraser. He scared the hell out of me, but somehow, just because it was him, I didn't seem to mind.
"Yeah I'm fine, don't worry about it!" I replied, laughing of the pain of my bruised backside.
"Are you sure?!" He asked, looking worried. He held out his hand for me.
"Yes I'm fine!" I grabbed his hand and smiled, he smiled back. He pulled me up and I brushed all the dead leaves off me. "So, where did you come from?" I asked trying to start conversation.
"I asked Josh where you were and he said he saw you leave about ten minutes ago, so I decided to come find you." He said smiling.
"How did you know where I live?" I asked smirking.
"I-" he started, holding his breath.
"Josh?" I answered for him.
"Uh, yeah!" He chuckled, letting his breath out deeply.
We both giggled. "Thought so," I said smiling, just happy that he left just to come find me.
"I love your accent!" I blurted out suddenly, feeling awkward.
"Haha, why thank you!" He laughed.
"Sorry, I bet you think I'm really creepy now, sorry. It's just, I have a thing for British accents.." I expained going red. Luckily you couldn't see because it was pitch black.
"Haha, okay," He replied, I don't think he seemed to mind to be honest. "So, what are you listening to?"
I got confused for a minute, then realised I had my headphones in. "Oh, nothing actually haha. I turned off me music when I heard you running after me, I thought you were some kind of murderer!"
"Aw sorry, ahah, I didn't try to scare you. So what were you listening to?"
"Panic! At The Disco!" I replied.
"I LOVE them!" He said excited.
"Mee too, aha!" We both giggled and I looked at the ground. "This is my house," I pointed to a small white cottage type house across the road.
"Oh okay, I guess I'll be seeing you around then?" He said shyly.
"Yeah!" and I smiled at him. He smiled back. I walked inside and shut the door, I looked out the window and saw Fraser walking the opposite direction we were walking.
"Fraser?!" I called out the window.
"Yes?" He said turning around.
"Where are you going?"
"Why did you come this way then?" I asked confused.
"Because you did." He smiled then walked away.
