6. True Words Never Spoken So Clear
"You have done it Alice!" Alex shouted in happiness. Alice looked at him as she looked at her red bloody hands. "No, I didn't do this Alex!" she warned him. The giant goblin laid on the ground half dead. The baby goblins fled with a chunk of skin out of Alice's arm. "Are you sure your going to be okay Alice?" Alex asked kindly. Her lips just went up and down. Side to side as her eyes stared at Alex. Her skin was pure and nice. The chunk was small but still made pain to her. "It's the death of a goblin Alex." she said as she sighed. Alex thought differently while helping her up from the ground.
"Your arrow sliced the goblin." Alex whispered with a smile. Alice just looked down as small tears dropped from her eyes. "What's wrong Alice?, did you want to die there?" Alex asked with a moody voice. Alice's tears rolled onto her skin. Alex held her closer to him, the blood off her hands stuck to him. "You don't care do you" she whispered in fear. Alex wanted to know what he didn't care about. "I do care, if I knew what you meant." She looked at him strangely. Ignoring his words of sorrow. "No, you don't care!" Alice shouted and ran towards the Inn. Leaving a lonely Alex by himself in the evergreen forest.
The dagger in Alex's hand had no blood. "My weapon has not been blood-thirsty." He whispered to himself. More tears dropped as Alex held his head in his hands. "This is why, I don't murder!" he shouted, his hands felt cold air. Back at the Inn things were different for Alice. "You okay Alice? you look scared." The Inn Keeper said with a minor whistle. "I'm fine, Alex comes back you get rid of him okay?" she said pleading for Alex to be gone out of her life. The Inn Keeper felt sorry for Alice so he went to give her comfort. "Why do you Alex gone Alice?" he said with a muscular voice. Her eyes stared at him, as he lips sealed shut. "I don't want him any-more, he is a killer!" she screamed with a loud voice. "I can't let him go Alice, he needs a home." The Inn Keeper said keeping her close.
Alice whispered the words that no father or Inn Keeper would like to hear. "Good-bye then, Jones" her whisper was a cold blooded voice. The sound just made the Inn Keeper feel cold and chilled. "Wait Alice.. please don't go.." he whispered. Sadly it wasn't loud enough for her to hear. As she slammed the door shut with tears pouring down her deverstated face. "Alice, I know why your scared of me now." Alex whispered as he closed his hands tightly pleading for forgiveness.
