5. Watch me
"You said what!" Katrina yelled into the phone, almost removing my eardrum.
"I basically told him to leave me alone and made it quite clear that I never wanted to see him again. I used harsher words of course, but-"
"But nothing!" I was cut off. "You basically screamed at a celebrity. Who watched you play tennis. And thought you were really, really good. And he's right-you are really, really good. He has the connections that could have made you famous!"
"So what, I was just supposed to forgive him for stalking me, continue to practice on his command, and somehow hope that I got famous for it? That's rediculous!" I reponded, astonished that she'd mistaken me for the kind of girl who would do that. I would never play a guy as my friend to get famous.
"I'll tell you what you can do to fix this-you can go down to that park right now, hope that he's still there, and beg for forgiveness. You have to make him your ally. You have to get him to get you famous." She commanded into the phone. I was shocked. How could she just say stuff like that. How could she be so ignorant of his feelings, and mine? How could she expect me to lie to him and make stuff up and use his fame? I wasn't going to. I never would.
"No" was all I said, A simple response.
She was astonished. "But you can't just pass up this opportunity." she said, trying to sway my decission, but I held my ground.
"Watch me" I said before hanging up, making my decission clear and final.
