Since I was so clueless on what was going on with this girl I chose to ask the others what they thought. They were all coming over around noon, leaving me plenty of time. I got ready for the day by selecting a pair of dark blue jeans and a plain faded red t-shirt. I sat down in front of the television and watched DVDs of some of my favorite shows while using my phone to check twitter. Miraculously, no picture of me and Erin had surfaced. I have to say, I am truly shocked. I figured at least one blury shot from a passing car would appear eventually, but after four hours I still didn't see anything new. I was quite relieved that Erin could make a decission about her and I without the influence of the fans. The time now read noon exactly, but I could count on almost all of them to be late. I turned off the TV and set down the remote to prepare. As if on que, Liam Payne knocked on the door. I went over to go let him in. We said our greeting and began talking sports. We were discussing the possible reason Americans have for calling football 'soccer' when I heard someone banging on my door quite loudly. I went to answer it quickly before everyone heard and he got me kicked out of here. I opened the door to see Louis Tomlinson and slapped him in the head for annoying the entire world. I looked down the hallway to see Niall and Zayn coming closer. I let them in and we continued our discussion of American customs. They weren't exactly weird, just...different. They drive mirror image to us, and at a store I asked them for a jumper and they looked at me as if I was crazy. I soon found out that they thought I was looking for a style of dress that was commonly worn by young school girls. Over the next few hours our conversation drifted from family, to politics, then all the way around to where I was hoping, yet dreading it would go. We began discussing relationships. Just then my phone beeped. I tried to grab it, but Louis beat me.
"Who's Erin?" he inquired.
"No one, now gimme back my phone!" I practically yelled at him and his invasive question.
He ignored my request and continued, "One new text message. Want me to read it?" He was clearly taunting me.
I was so not in the mood for games, "Not out loud Louis! I want me to read it"
"Okay, it says-Hi again! Sorry that took so long, I couldn't find my phone. Oops! But anyways, I just wanted to get back to you, so you can call anytime! Bye for now." he smirked and looked up at me, "Oh, and look! She's put a heart at the end. But if she's no one, I can just delete this message, right?"
"No!" I responded immediately. I sounded a bit more desperate than I had wanted to. They all began to laugh. It was clear that she was far more impotant than just 'no one'.
Louis was still going through my phone. "Oh look at this message you sent her! You played tennis together? Who won?"
"She did, now can I have my phone back?" I was started to get a bit angry with him. I had to call her back.
"And then you called her..." he continued. I really should password protect my phone, "but she didn't answer you?" he finished. Okay, enough of this. I took him by surprise when I jumped up and snatched my phone back.
"She replied to my text though, didn't she? Now if you'll excuse me, I have a phone call to make." I stated, walking out of the main room and into the bedroom. I closed the door behind me and dialed her number. I still have so many questions about her. I'll ask the others after this, I just really hope she answers...
