"Cause nobody has ever cared about me.." Those words stung. Why wouldn't anybody care about her? She said something about her friend James; at least I hop he's just a friend. After our little conversation, Emily fell asleep in my arms. I pick her up bridal style, and carry her to my car. She as incredibly tiny, I've no idea how people thought she was fat. I set her down in the passenger seat, and drive off towards her house, a smile plastered on my face.
*An Hour and A Half Later*
I arrive to Emily's flat, and carry her up to it, along with her bag. The door's locked, crap. I search around for a spare key; I would be invading her privacy by looking in her purse/bag. If I was a spare key, where would I be? Oh, duhh. Under the 'Welcome' mat. Sur enough, one's under there. I unlock the door with it, and step inside with her. I carry her to her room, laying her down softly on the bed, pulling the duvet over her.
I look around her room in the dim light. I see posters cramming the wall, you can barely tell the paint's blue. It's filled with mostly band posters, and a few family pictures I guess. The posters consist of Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Ed Sheeran, and NeverShoutNever!, one I've never heard of. One single poster catches my eye. It's of the boys and I. I chuckle and pick up a black sharpie. I write 'Liam was here. :) x' hoping Emily'll notice it. I write a note also, putting it on her beside table.
'Hey Em, it's Liam.
You fell asleep on the beach, so I carried you home. Let's hang out tommorow, you did win the contest ;) I'm a cheeky lad aren't I?
Sweet dreams Emily,
I drive home to my flat, locking her door first though and replacing the key. As I go to sleep, I dream of Emily and her heart-melting smile.
