Books I recommend

Basically, a load of books I think are great. I'll add a new one about every week, see what you think of it. I'll try to do less well-known books. I have now tried to add extracts, I in no way own copyrights to these books.

4. Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini

Name: Starcrossed

Author: Josephini

Plot: It is about Helen, who has spent 16 years trying to conceal how different she is. Haunted by increasing visions and nightmares, it becomes harder and harder. Everything changes when she meets Lucas Delos at school. She only knows two things. That he is the most beautiful boy she has ever seen. And that she wants to rip him apart with her bare hands. For they are the star-crossed lovers, doomed to repeat the same cycle as their predecessors, Helen of Troy and Paris.

My opinion: Not so deep as the other books, but not your normal Twilight, Vampire Diaries... It is an enjoyable plot, especially as I love the greeks, with an exciting ending and lots of twists.

Who should read it: Girls, probably 12+. Mainly fantasy-romance, not really a boy thing.

Extra:     The sequel, Dreamless, has come out recently too.
