Lucky, unlucky, forget me <3

First off, all the stuff in this fanfic is a characters point of view, not my own, so im not saying i think Niall needs to try harder to fix his teeth, or that none of them have manners, its just the characters first judgement. I dont think any of that, i love them for who they are, and im not a directionATOR, im a directionER, this is simply just a character, and if im honest, it was really hard to say that about them, because its not true!
This is a story about a girl, and Niall, Niall and a girl. Except this girl is no ordinary girl, she is his brother. His unwelcome, unloved, lonley brother. She thinks she's going to be like that forever, until one train ticket to London, and a bump into a stranger on the streets changes everything... Summer, here we come...:D

8. Facing the truth...

'So, your Niall's sister, but he doesn't even remember you, right?' Liam repeated after i told him the full story.
'Yeah, or at least that's what i thought, until i saw those?' i added.
'Well, he only told me that he missed his sister Alex, and your called Alex, so i think it's you' he giggled.
'Of corse its me!' i shouted with a smile to show i wasn't angry.
'What are you waiting for then? Lets go!' he took my hand after waving goodbye to his webcam and shutting his laptop lid.
Liam dragged me down the coridoor, two doors down from my own apartment.
Niall's room.
This was it.
I had Niall's phone clutched in my hand, and Liam was stood behind me waiting for me to knock. I looked round at him and he smiled, then nudged me forward a tiny bit.
I took a quick breather, then knocked once, twice, three times, and a forth for good luck.
'Oh hey Alex, i see you've met Liam' he smiled sweetly.
'Yeah, look, i need to talk to you' i muttered.
'What is it?' he asked, leaning against the door frame.
'I'm, i'm, erm, i'm...' i stuttered.
'Oh for gods sake! Shes your sister Niall! Shes Alex Horan!' Liam spat.
I looked to the ground, smiling, an held up his phone.
'I think you have my phone' i added, giving his back. He went and got mine, so Liam let himself inside, pulling me in with him.
'Niall, you said you missed her, and shes here, why arnt you happy?!' Liam yelled. Niall was stood by the balcony doors, holding the bridge of his nose.
'Because my sister has blonde hair and a spot covered face' he said bluntly.
'Thanks? They sell decent spot removers and hair dye at Superdrug you know?' i strained my voice.
'Your not!' he argued. And i'd had enough.
'Maybe this was a bad idea Liam' i whispered, back up towards the door.
Then it hit me.
'Wait, Niall, remember that photo when we were younger, of me and you outside the new house, in about 2002, you were 8, i was 7? That wa when mum and dad didnt hate me' i whispered the last bit.
'Yeah, but thats not you!' he seriously wasnt going to believe me.
I went into my photos and scrolled right to the top.
'Here' i sighed, giving him the phone. The photo was of me and him outside of our new house in Northan Ireland. Me and Niall were so happy, and primary was okay, but it all went downhill from there!
'It can't be...' he breathed, looking up at me, into my eyes for the real me, for the first time in a while.
'Alex?' he whispered.
I nodded and he finally saw me. The twinkle in my eye must've come at the right time. Thank you twinkle. You just gave me my brother back...
