4. Before and after breakfast

Layne's POV: I walked up on the step when Harry ran straight past me so he could get the door. I couldn't help but laugh because his curls flopped while he ran. "Why are you laughing?" he asked. I just walked past him singing "Curls take over!" he rolled his eyes playfully and walked in behind me. There were not a lot of people when we walked in so we didn't have to wait to get seated. Whilst we waited on our food to come I decided to not talk about moving and talk about Harry's future. "Harry I think you have a big future ahead of you, but how are you going to get there?" I asked. I could tell he was annoyed with me because I always ask him that, but he gets over it. "Like I said a thousand times I will try X-Factor!". "I don't want to talk about my career right now. I want to talk about our future." he said. When that was said I got butterflies in my stomach. "Is he going to ask me out?" I thought. "Layne when you leave are we going to see each other anymore?"....... Nope. "Of course we will!" I said. "We both can drive so it will be a lot easier on our parents." when I said that I saw relief come over him. He smiled a little, but I could tell he wasn't happy.
Harry's POV: I'm taking this worse than her! I don't want her to leave. I want her to stay safe with me in my arms forever. "Harry are you ok?" she asked "why wouldn't I be?" I replied. Which was a total lie. I felt sick to my stomach thinking about her leaving. "Well you look a little pale" she said. "Umm.. I don't know why.." "Let's go! I'll drive home." she grabbed my hand with out letting me say anything and threw me in the car. "Layne I'm fine." I said, but she totally ignored me. We drove into my driveway and parked the car. "Do you need any help?" she asked "No I'm fine" I said. I got out of the car and walked into my house. I longed for my couch ever since we left. Layne walked into the living room. She had a big smile on her face. "Why are you smiling?" "Oh I was just thinking tha-" she was saying when she got interrupted by her phone. It was a text from her mom. Suddenly her big smile turned into a frown. She looked up at me with tears starting to form. "What's wrong?"
