Love what you can't have

-Moving to Miami didn't seem... right. Something was going to happen, I could sense it. I knew it. But I didn't ever think it would change my life like it did...

Violet, your not so typical teenage girl who's father is by the way a billionaire, had to move to Miami from London. Never in a million years did she think that she would meet five boys that would change her life the way they did..

7. First and last day of school

*Monday*

I decided to sleep on the sofa. Alex gave me a pillow from his room and Nicky got me a duvet. It would be my first and last day of school. I probably wouldn't get asked to prom, make any friends or really do anything. Alex may bunk off because it's the last day. I didn't even know the schools name. Worries crowded my head, and they weren't all stupid. But the main one was what was I going to wear. Dad hadn't actually packed anything for me.

It was only six in the morning but I decided to go get ready for school. I quietly sunk upstairs and locked the bathroom door.I quickly jumped in and out of the shower. I was lucky I had packed some essential make up. I put some cover up on eye liner, mascara and blusher. I looked at myself in the mirror. Hair, I thought. I saw a blow dryer next to the sink. I plugged it in. My hair didn't take that long to dry off as it was only shoulder length but really thick. I plugged in the straighteners and began to straighten my hair. I was in there for about another half an hour.

"Violet get out of there", he moaned.

"I'm doing my hair", I shouted. i quickly finished of my hair and brushed my teeth as the banging got louder. I unlocked the door and opened it.

"No need to try and break down the door Alex", I grinned.

"Get lost Violet", he said although he was smiling. He then went in to the bathroom and then locked the door. As dad had only packed me a bag of clothes I didn't really have much to chose. I went back down stairs and grabbed my bag that dad had packed. I ran back upstairs and into my bedroom that didn't actually have anything in it. I turned the bag upside down and all the things in there dropped out. Thank God for Linda. Linda was our cleaner back in London. I think she definitely packed this for me.

In the bag was a denim play suit ,a studded bracelet , lots of pink and yellow bracelets, a pair of brown wedges, gold aviators, speech mark earrings, a cross swords necklace and a little brown leather bag. I got dressed and went back down stairs and into the kitchen. I hadn't been in this room yet. It had marble floor.  There was a island in the centre of the room, with oak wood for the cabinets and marble for the desktop and this was what pretty much the whole room was made off. All that wasn't marble were the black leather stools and the paint. There was a fruit bowl next to me filled to the brim with apples, oranges, grapes and bananas. I took my time opening all the draws until I found the bowls. I took one and picked a handful of grapes, a peeled orange and a chopped banana and apple. I sat on a stool and ate what I had made for my breakfast.

I heard Alex thud down the stairs. He came into the kitchen and poured himself some cereal. He came and sat next to me.

"So whats London like?" He asked.

"Hot, cold and busy. But all the sights and...........its just amazing there trust me"

"I wanna go there someday"

"Hm, what time does school start Alex"

"Nine why?" I looked at the clock. Half eight!

"Alex it's half eight"

"Shit we won't make it there on time" He said standing up and grabbing some keys. We both ran to the door shouted good bye and jumped into the car. Alex sped around Hibiscus Island, across the bridge, straight through Palm Island and onto MacArthur bridge. As soon as we made it to Miami Beach he turned right, again and again and again.  How does he remember this route, I thought. Alex pulled into a parking lot. Scattered all around us were teenagers. I sighed.

"Hey don't worry. Just stay with me and I'll introduce some of my mates to you. Alright" He gave me the sympathetic look.

"Thanks, just never give that look again. I am not a baby" I said clambering out of the car. He chuckled.

"Sure thing"
