Dream Chaser

According to her family and friends, Maddie Groves has always been a helpless dreamer when it came to music. She wasn't thoroughly obsessed or anything, she didn't learn an instrument, but she did have a great voice though it had only met the ears of her closest friends and family.

However after just turning 16 Maddie's life went a whole 360 degree flip. Her parents moving her out of the states best Catholic Private College and directly into the local public school scheme, filled with cigarette smoke, underage rebels and a whole lot of unwanted drama. However, It's when Maddie thinks her life can't get any worse as she finally realizes may just be the biggest chance of her life when the biggest audition that could make her dreams come true pops up... Literally. An ad on TV with the face of her favorite boy band of all time... One Direction.

But where there comes opportunity there comes drama.
Will Maddie be able to handle the pressure?

14. Trouble Makers [Epilogue]

-5 years later-

I stirred as I felt a tickling sensation on my feet.

"Stop it" I grumbled turning over as I pulled the bed covers over my head peeking through a gap to see Niall smiling down cheekily at me.

"Morning beautiful" he chuckled leaning down to kiss my forehead. I wondered how long he was awake as far as I knew everyone else was asleep, even the little ones...

"Gooood morning!" voices shouted out in the hallway I groaned throwing the blanket over my head just in time for Niall to chuckle as the doors burst open and Nicolette and Anselle came running in.

"Good morning Aunty Mad!" they screamed as they pushed themselves onto the bed and began jumping around. Maybe coming to visit Lina and Harry in their English castle hadn't been the best of ideas.

"Good morning girls" I smiled helplessly as they ripped the covers from my hands and leant down in their matching, pink jamies to kiss my cheek mumbling more 'good mornings' before giggling as they blew raspberries on cheek.

"Girls!" Evie snapped from the doorway, we all turned to see Lina's older sister stalk in and whisk the twins off from the bed holding one under each arm. It shocked us, Niall and I... Well, mainly me. I hadn't seen Evie ever since she left home at the age of 7 to go to a school for child prodigees in Germany. She'd come back tall, slim, and extremely powerful - both mind and strength wise. She was the childs full time carer whilst Harry went on tours and Lina took to the catwalk with Janey as her personal designer.

"Good morning Eves" I smiled as she turned to us both before giving us both an apologetic smile back.

"Morning darlings, rest in Maddie dearie..." she said eyeing the swelling of my stomach. I nodded just in time for a third child toddling inside.

"Laurence!?" Janey called from the hallway worry threaded through her voice. Evie smiled setting down the twins quickly before scolding them and then ordering them off to do some painting in the art gallery to which both girls grinned and took off before Evie picked up Laurence. Zayn walked in all messed up and quite flustered still in his boxers running his hands through his hair in relief when he saw Evie pick up the darling toddler.

"Mama" the child gurgled rubbing his face into Evie's cheek as she kissed the crown of his head and shooed Zayn off to get ready for brunch.

"We'll see you outside in around half an hour, alright? Niall, don't do anything silly like letting in the kids again. Maddie needs her rest" Evie said sternly her cocoa brown eyes peircing into Niall's to which he visibly swallowed and nodded. She was like my mother. Knew how to keep the boys in check.

*          *          *          *          *

Walking down to the bruncheon which was to be in the glass garden room I squinted slightly as the sun shone through the infinite amount of windows of that made up the walls and doors of the room. Janey gave my hand a small squeeze on her lap her own little bundle of joy, Emily Tomlinson, and on her right Louis trying not to fall asleep at the table.

"Where's Liam?" I asked looking around to see everyone with their little families (Niall and I, almost) except for Liam.

"He always was the one left out wasn't he?" Zayn mused, causing everyone to erupt into fits of laughter as Evie smiled gently elbowing her husband as Laurence snored tiredly his head rested on her chest.

"So, so, sooo sorry I'm late" Liam panted as he came running in from outdoors.

"Where have you been?" Harry asked as Lina made a small example of Liam's lateness to their girls mouthing 'never be like him' behind his back.

"Well..." he said slowly a sly smile crossing his lips.

The screams came almost from nowhere, and everyone's eyes widened as a speck appeared on the edge of the garden... A person... And then.

"Oh, my goodness" Niall chuckled. Girls, girls, girls, hundreds maybe even thousands came running down the usually private back gardens of the Styles Estate.

"I'll call security" Evie said handing Laurence to Zayn before leaving quickly.

"I'll lock the doors..." Liam offered lamely. Harry just sighed and pulled out a small silver box, popped it open and hit a red button. Soon the sound of maneuvering metal began as the house began to get covered in steel metal.

"Never thought we'd actually use that" Lina admitted in awe,

"Me neither" Harry said, turning to give Liam an accusing glare.

"Alrightie then...!" Louis said as industrial lights came on and it looked like we were just inside some kind of cell.

"What about the brunch?" Lina asked slightly disappointed.

"Move it to the lounge?" Janey suggested already getting up to move. We all exchanged glances.

"Yeah" we decided.
