2. WEEK 2

I wandered through the back door at about half eight on the cold Thursday night after going for a three mile run with my best friend, Zoe.

"Where were you?" mum asked, sounding annoyed.

"I was out with Zoe. I told you I was going for a run, Mum!" I said, slightly annoyed at the fact that she hadn't listened.

"Well I saved you some dinner," she said, handing me a plate of chips, salad and a chicken fillet.

"Thanks," I said, taking the plate and sitting at the table by myself. I didn't want to eat the chips, so I pushed them to one side and ate only the salad and the chicken.

"Are you not eating the chips?" my mum asked coming back in to check if it was ok.

"No, I'm not that hungry. The rest was nice though, thanks," I said, smiling up at my mum.

"Ok, then. Pudding?" she asked. I shook my head. She shrugged then headed into the kitchen to clear up all the dinner things.

I tore upstairs and did my evening stretches, sit ups and press ups, before weighing myself again.

143 pounds.

I had lost 3 pounds in a week. I took the same pictures as before and posted them online along with my new weight, and then checked my Facebook account.

I was actually shocked when I logged on...there were comments all over my page, because I had been seen out running with Zoe.

"LOL, she's so fat! Does she really think running will get rid of that?"

"HEY FATTY RUN TO THE BISCUITS"

"No-one that size should be wearing running leggings haha!"

The comments were endless. I could feel my dinner of salad and chicken turning in my stomach, and made a quick dash to the toilet. Unfortunately, my mum heard me.

"Are you ok in there Jaden? It sounds like you're throwing up!"

"Must have been a dodgy piece of chicken," I said, before sticking my fingers down my throat to get rid of every last calorie I had consumed that evening.
