How Movellas Changed My Life

*To Niall, the bestest, kindest, most patient friend I have ever had. As long as I live, I shall never forget you.* When Clover, shy and quiet fourteen-year-old hears of Movellas, she finds out she actually has a talent for writing. Movellas becomes her life. But how will her ex-popular friend Helen cope with this sudden surge in popularity for Clover? Will she be pleased or will she do her best to sabotage her reputation on Movellas?

10. Go Fish!

Danté decided to spend the day hanging at mine. It was fun. We messed around, played Mario Kart on the Wii, went on Movellas (Danté told me he was proud of my five more fans!) and Youtube, played Truth or Dare (that was interesting, an app on my phone, we "chickened" a lot of the embarrassing ones), had dinner, went to see the hens, (yep, we owned hens), talked on the swing and went into the limo. The interesting part of the day.

Dad had gotten a limo off one of his work mates, don't ask me how. I couldn't tell you. It was a pink Sex and the City one. I used it as a sort of second hang out place. As Danté and I made our way to the limo, my heart was thumping. I couldn't really understand why.

We sat down on the plush leather seats. I put my feet up on the other side of the limo. He did the same next to me. Hesitantly, as we were talking, he put his hand in mine. My heart thumped. Suddenly I realised how close he was to me. He apparently did too.

"We're so close." Danté muttered.

"Yeah." I replied.

Gently, he put his lips on mine. I was completely shocked. As he pulled back I thought "Did that just happen?!"

My heart thumped and lips twitched. They always did that when I was nervous. Damn habit!

"Did I scare you there?" Asked Danté.

I was so confused! I wanted him to kiss me more! But I didn't want to upset Helen.

"No," I breathed. "I'm just.... nervous. I've never been kissed before. Sorry."

"Don't apologise. Do you want me to kiss you again?"

"Yeah. But only when I've talked to Helen. I can't be sneaking around her."

"Okay." Said Danté.

After that, we went upstairs to my room for an interesting game of Go Fish.

"Are things gonna be awkward between us now?" Asked Danté halfway through the game.

"I hope not," I whisper.

"I doubt it." He said.

Soon it was time for him to go. He hugged me.

"Bye," He whispered. My stomach did a flip.

When he left I couldn't believe it. I was still brooding when I went to bed that night. I dreamt about Danté.
