6. Everything About You

"Where can you get water from in this school?" Liam asked me, after Mr. Jay left us to go teach his first lesson. Louis and Zayn had returned, literally seconds before Mr. Jay left. They came back in hysterics.

"Erm, you can get it from the vending machine next to science, and it is freezing cold, too. Come with me, I'll show you?" I answer Liam's question, and start walking to the science block.

As we walked to the science block, Liam started singing Everything About You, then the rest of the guys joined in, and I ended up joining in without even realising. Then the boys stopped singing, before I even noticed and they just stopped walking and they just stared at me, with wide, shocked looking eyes. I noticed a few seconds later and started going bright red. "What?" I ask, feeling rather embarrassed now. Their eyes widened even more. "Where did you learn to sing like that?" Asked Harry. I shrugged.

"I've just always been able to sing like that, since I was a little girl."

"You are absolutely amazing, Beth! Like better than anyone we've ever heard... And we've heard professional singers!"

I felt my cheeks go really hot and bright red. We continued walking to the vending the machine. When we got there, Louis asked, "How much is water?" I pressed the button to check how much it was and began to look for my purse in my bag, getting it out and getting five £1 coins out. "Free." They exchanged really confused looking faces to one another, and watched me put the money in the vending machine and press the button for water, and picking a bottle out, one by one, and handing it to the boys. "Free for one direction, anyway. Not so much free for me."

"Why did you pay for our water? It's not like we haven't got any money to get it ourselves." Harry said, kind of stuck up, or that is what it sounded like.

"Just because I can."
