5. Sit by the fire.

Sit by the fire it's a cold night tonight,

Sit by fire as it glows.

Sit by the fire as it flashes golden and red,

Sit by the fire till it's time for bed.

 

 

 

--AUTHOR'S NOTE.--

I wrote this little poem when I was 6 and was sitting by the fire on Christmas Eve with a little book. I just found it hidden away scrawled in messy handwriting and had to share it.
