7. Trust.

I have been diagnosed with anorexia. How could I have been so STUPID? I through my charm bracelet at Karla, and all the drugs she had been supplying me with. My eyes pop out alarmingly now, my breathing is shallow. Sweat trickles down my fore-head. I'm ill. so ill I might...die. I cannot speak I cannot eat. I just lie here and listen to everything around me. my eyes are glassy my body is turning cold. I knew this was it. these were the last hours of my life. I had to say something. I had to speak to mum and dad. say something. anything, which would subside their tears, which would make them know i love them. I opened my mouth and i forced out sound, which turned into letters. "M..u..m  D..a..d." Their eyes opened wide, their tears rolled. "I..w.ant y..you  t..o  k..now th..at I am sorry. an..d I l..ove yo..u. My eyes were fluttering. I knew this was it. I was my parents only child. I could only imagine how much I was torturing them. I knew how much they meant to me, and how much they knew it as well. I fought with my eyelids. I had to keep them open. I sucked in desperately. I needed oxygen. A nurse near by, who watched with tears in her eyes. suddenly cried out "OXYGEN! THE DYING GIRL NEEDS OXYGEN!" Another nurse ran forward, bearing an enormous tube, attached to a strange apparatus. I was attached to this as I heaved and sucked. Mum and dad were clasping my one hand on each side of me, and reaching across me to clasp each other. The doctor stood p with tears in his eyes and a huge smile. "This one's a fighter! your daughter has just cheated death!" I could see them all struggling to hold back their mirth. Suddenly, I cried out in laughter. Then tears rolled down my face. I had survived the near-to-death drug and anorexia struggle! I knew my story had just unfolded, but somehow, I couldn't wait to see the next chapter.
