1. Holocaust

I was born as a Jew,

I lived a happy life,

Enjoyed every day, and I never cried. 

I had the best parents in the world, who loved me,

I had a future and I had dreams,

But they were destroyed.

I was ripped from the arms of my parents,

Was promised a shower,

Had to take my clothes of,

And thrown in the fire.

 I lost my hope and all my dreams,

I could feel the fire burning my skin,

I was not afraid anymore,

I heard other children crying and screaming,

And I died…
