Samhain night

A poem about Samhain night.
For those who don't know Samhain is another word for halloween, its a Gaelic festival to celebrate the dead, the veil between the spirit and human world is as thin as ever

1. Samhain Night

The body lay, wrapped in hay

Slaughtered, defeated, destroyed.

The spirits arose, to kill there foes,

those who had done them harm.

The veil was thin, For this night only,

To let them live again.

Cold cackles and the sound of defeat,

as they slaughter with cold heat.

You hear the bells of samhain as you walk around with a candy cane.

The veil is thin for this night only, to let them live again.
