Fresh air filled her lungs, as she inhaled deeply. The grey water underneath her, made her relax. Her heart was beating faster than it usually did, making her blood rush to her head. One glance at the ocean made her feel dizzy and made her stomach turned. Never in her 17 years old life has she been so angry, torned apart and lost.
She was thinking about someone, she really cared about. He made her go through hell several of times, but she still loved him and he knew it. He made fun of her, made her hurt herself over and over. She took a look on the scars on both of her wrists before pulling down her sweater. She took one last deep breath, wanting to fall down the bridge, when someone called her name.
"Mila" the voice spoke softly.
"Don't do this. Please". Tears escaped her eyes as he continued to speak.
"I'm sorry". To her it was like her body was on fire, even though it was cold as ice. Her heart was beating faster and faster as she turned her head, looking at him.
'He's not sorry, Mila. He doesn't care about you. Nobody does' a little voice said in her head.
"I regret everything I said and did to you. I'm sorry, please don't do this". She couldn't handle it anymore, so she swung her right leg over the metal wall, leaving her on the other site of the wall.
"Get back here! What are you doing?", Justin yelled and grabbed the crying girl by the petite waist.
"Let go of me!". As much as she struggled in his grasp, he wouldn't let her go. He cared too much to let go of her. He landed on the ground with Mila's back resting on his chest.
"I hate you", she screamed over and over. While holding her close to his body, he turned her around and hugged her tightly.
"I hate you, I hate you, I HATE YOU!". Her screams were nothing but sobs and cries, as she pressed her little shaking body against his.
"I know, I'm sorry", he whispered against her soft, brown hair.
"I hate you", she said once more and pressed her burning face against the cold skin between his shoulder and neck. She stopped sobbing, but the salty tears were still rolling down her cheeks.
"Mila, believe me or not, I am really sorry". His raspy voice woke her up from her thoughts.
"I know. You should feel sorry". Guilt filled his eyes, as she pulled away and looked at him. Justin's gorgeous brown/golden-ish eyes stared at Mila's dark blue eyes. He has never seen such beautiful eyes before. He could look into them and get lost. They forgot about what was around them, as their faces came closer, making them both nervous.
Mila was confused. Why did a bully like Justin want to save her? She was a loser, a goody-two shoes and an outsider. As their noses touched, Justin closed his eyes and sighed. It took a lot from him to stop himself from kissing Mila, who still sat on his lap. He pulled away, against his will, and let his eyes stare at the beautiful face. He smiled carefully and tore his gaze away from her plump lips.
"Come on. I'm taking you to my house".
