When i read a book i seem to read it with my eyes only, but now and then i come across a passage, perhaps only a phrase, which has a meaning for me and becomes a part of me.
Sometimes you read a book and it fills you with the weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read your books.
