N.S is a twenty-something writer of stories/part-time piratess and mere mortal who can shell peanuts, save planets, fight baddies, shop online, eat chocolate and gain 10 pounds all in the space of five minutes. She's amazingly talented at playing the triangle, I mean the way she just hits all of the right notes – it just gets to you, you know? When she's not writing you can find her hanging out in her imagination, it's a wonderful place. Oh and she also loves talking in third person about herself, it's sort of her thing!

  • Yep, you guessed it... it's new cover time!

    And this time around I've made an additional change - I've changed the title. I'll explain why: So I was watching a show a week or two ago and during the break time an ad for 666 Park Avenue came on and in that ad one of the dudes said something along these lines 'You're like a light in a city of shadows'. Well that line stuck with me, it caused a riot in my brain and I just fell in love with that particular line. I thought 'In a city of shadows' would seriously be a good title for my novel. But I didn't act on it until I found couldn't ignore it any longer.. so here it is. Remnant is now In a City of Shadows. Enjoy! :)
    Naj (N. S)Hey, I've been good thanks. You? And I left a comment on your blog but I can't find it lol. And I can't seem to find the videos and the info I need to make your trailer. Could you do me a favour and send me it via email? Thanks :). And @R.H. Because it was :p. It was called Remnant because that word can be used to sum up a lot of stuff going on in the story and it's related to the plot, however the new title 'In a CIty of Shadows' is a much better and more fitting description for the city she's moved into, the people there and everything she's exposed to whilst there etc :).

    Midnight RogueNah, just some family issues :/ been tough. Revising been kinda slow lately. I'm gonna ask for a mitigation. I'll see what i have, and then i'll forward it to you ;P

  • Need a temp co-author for The Movellas Interview Diary!

    Naj (N. S)Hi guys, sorry I've not been able to conduct the interviews. Stuffs been happening so I've not been able to concentrate on Movellas as much as I would have liked to. And I don't think I'll be able to any time soon either. So for that reason I'm looking for someone, a temporary co-author, to help complete the rest of the pending interviews.     Naj (N. S)Phew! Good lol. There's about 11 to 12 people waiting to be interviewed, you don't have to do it all at once. Just do them at your own pace. And it's every week but it depends on how many people get in touch as well. Just tell me how many you're able to do and I'll do the rest, I don't want to burden you.
    littlemiss111No, I've just gone through the interviews and this looks very interesting! I just so happen to be bed ridden right now with a horrible stomach sickness, so my laptop is my only companion. I can get started right away! And i'll do as many as you would like! Sounds like fun! :)

  • Hey guys!

    Naj (N. S)I'll be continuing with some of the interviews today, I've just been recovering from what I can only describe as 'exhaustion', that topped with the plethora of illnesses I suffer from - it's a pretty toxic mix. I'm still tired as hell but I don't wanna let you guys down :D. Just bear with me though. I'm going to be working at snails pace :p. Thank you! :)

    LOL, the deadline is next week for submitting courseworks to the examining boards, so i doubt anything'll get done :/ Sucks.
