  • Status

    VeritasSo I've finished my exams with satisfying results and next week I'll send my 14-15-year-old pupils on summer holiday (they can hardly wait) and I'm struggling a bit with a darn cold, which all in all explains my lacking activity on movellas. However, I have been writing a bit from time to time on a competition entry to the bully comp. and it's probably going to be called "Asylum". I'm currently working on chapter 5 and I hope to finish it within next week. To all of you who've requested my view on your work I will do that as soon as I get enough mental suplus and time to pay the proper attention towards your hard efforts. Looking forward to return on full time again soon! :D

  • Exam results

    VeritasSo I've now finished my last exams and I scored a 12 (A on the ECTS) in English and a 10 (B on ECTS) in a course called KLM (Something about Christianity, citizenship, and life enlightenment). Now it's vacation time (except from the class I'm teaching until the end of June. Happy holiday out there!
    VeritasYeah I think they added more depth to the characters and have created some awesome new ones too like the qunary Arishok, he's my hero! The game play is really awesome in DA2 but it lacks the extremely good storyline in DA: Origins and the sound is not as impressive either (played DA:origins with surround sound headphones = awesome sound experience), and last you can only play a human character.
    SinfullyRiddlingAwww really? That's disappointing, I love my elf mage :( I heard you have to be a specific character too...Hawke I think his name was? Its unfortunate...Morrigan isn't in it I'm assuming, since she left...and Alistair only has a small part, right?
    I was very impressed with the Origins storyline...every little detail was well thought out. I also love how your choices can make a drastic impact on what will happen next.
    VeritasYep you're bound to one character but it doesn't hurt as much as you'd think. Imo the game is great and they've carried on the karma system from origins as well. I've completed it several times over :P
    SinfullyRiddlingHmm, I think playing it will be interesting. Haha I've always loved the karma system, I also love how you can be a total ass if you want to...I told Jowan that his girlfriend looked like a fat cow. :'D And then I killed Arl Eamon's son because I was too lazy to travel to the Circle...Alistair didn't take it well :'c But I just gave him a bunch of gifts and his approval went back up. :D I just hope DA2 isn't as heartbreaking as the first one...
    This video actually made me cry. I've watched it about 5 times now, and at the end I always cry. </3 Haha, the storyline was really good though. But I think Bioware and EA were trying to break my heart. D: lol :P
