    Group thinking needed.
I am writing a blog about books based in schools. I've got Hogwarts Worst Witch etc, have you guys got any suggestions where the school and teachers have a big part on the story?

There's this book series I read a while back - Gallagher Girls or something. I'm pretty sure one of the books is called "United We Spy" - it's a pretty good book series that's set in a school that trains girls to have the necessary skills to join organisations like the CIA. It's spy school, basically XD

A lot of Enid Blyton books have teachers playing a role of some sorts, but I can't really think of others :)

How crazy is it that I can't think of any teachers in any books that make any kind of impact xD

Oh wait, there are a few in Never Let Me Go, but I know you hate that book, Georgia!

Oh, also, Follow Me Down by Tanya Byrne is pretty much all set in a boarding school.

Oh, so is Looking for Alaska, John Green.

    Wait . . .

No. That's all I got xD

Enid Blyton I think might have to get a honorary mention but most of it takes place in holidays doesn't it. Might have to brush up on some of the series #research...

Looking for Alaska is a great suggestion. Thanks,
Also Molly, my blog will be very useful for you then. If I can think of enough to pull a list together... GAH HALP

I vaguely remember the Gemma Doyle Series taking place/having a decent bit to do with school, but it's been a while since I've read it, so I could be remembering the impact wrong.

And A Separate Peace, maybe? Or A Little Princess? It's surprisingly hard to think of books that deal a lot with school, so these are basically boarding school ones which come to mind XD

Mysterious Benedict Society is set in a school for about two thirds of the book.
