Blurb Never noticed? Always see others getting rewarded for your kindness? Well that's what I feel like every day of my stupid life. *Authors note* I feel like this too xDD sometimes I mouth others the words, they say it and then the teacher thinks someone else helped them out! This is for the competition by Jodiemeister and Adam Gilray :P I am just doing it for fun, I'm not the sort of the person that thinks 'I HAVE TO WIN IT GRRR' XDDD I just think that if writing the story can't be fun then what's the point in writing it at all? OMG OMG HAVE YOU SEEN VERITAS'S AMAZING COVER? IT IS SO AMAZING

Not a saviour

1. 1- GRR HIM

His beam as he sucked the lollipop. Not that it mattered much anyway but he had stolen the sheet I had put all my answers on.

They were right. All of them.

'Thanks Emma.' He grinned, stroking my black, straight hair. My eyes widened, my mouth opened and I felt my legs pull me away from him, the anger in my heart like a fire roasting the sky.

I wanted my hand to swing out but my arm decided otherwise, forcing itself to remain still as a statue.

I bent over and picked up all the rubbish in my sight and dropped it in the bin. I walked to the door slowly when I heard footsteps.

I felt my body fall to the ground as I stumbled upon my teacher.

'Watch what you're doing! And I could say the same for your quiz results.' She tutted, tilting her head so her brown hair cocked over her face.

'I-I...' It was no use, she would never believe the truth. I walked past her, looking down again.

'Thank you Adam! You are so helpful!' I heard her voice compliment in the other room.

'It was nothing really.' Adam was laughing.

I heard the teacher mutter on about how modest and honest he was and how he deserved another lollipop.

He didn't.

Because the thing she was complimenting him for was what I had done.

I had tidied up. And now it felt like I had done it for nothing.

Like everything I do.
