She was upset but she new her metaphor loving Augustus was not in pain. She grimaced as she remembered how he looked the last time she had seen him. In pain and skin, deathly pale. There were bags under his eyes and he was stuck in that dreaded wheelchair. She loved him no matter how he looked and would have wished death upon him but she was glad that he wasn't in pain.
