I danced on the dance floor with my best friends Bree, Kaya, Arrow(who is a girl), Tobi, and Gemma. Kaya had straitened my hair for me and it looked amazing with my dress. My dress was a black lacy sleeveless dress. I had a black bow on holding some of my light brown and dark purple hair away from my face. I loved how I looked tonight especially since it was the first time I was meeting most of my friends' friends.

Bree was wearing a silky blue sleeveless dress with a black belt. Her curly dirty blonde hair was swept to one side covering her shoulder. Her make up was all blue and smokey and some shimmery lip gloss.

Kaya was wearing a tight one shoulder sparkly gold dress. That only went down to her mid thighs. Her normally strait platnum blonde hair was in soft curls caressing her delecate pale face and teal green eyes.

Arrow was wearing a grey and sky blue layered dress. It went down to her knees but came up slightly in the front showing off her legs. Her wavy auburn hair was brushed out and let free looking very natural. She had very little makeup on but she didn't care - she hates make up anyways.

Tobi was wearing a tight navy blue sleeveless dress. It had a pattern with sparkles on the top left corner. She had her dark chocolate brown hair in a waterfall braid and no make up at all.

Gemma wore a stunning shimmery silver dress. It was tight and went down only to her mid thigh. It had a strap over on shoulder with a sparkly purple silk flower on it. Her pastel pink hair was up in a spikey bun and her make up was silver and sparkling.

"Everly you look amazing."Tobi said to me smiling, her boyfriend Zero came up behind her and wrapped Tobi in a great big hug. She laughed and turned around in his arms, giving him a soft peck on the lips.

I smiled at the cute cuple wishing my boyfriend, River, would be like that. Since I moved to a different school things havn't really been the same.

Bree came up to my ear and whispered,"I reeeeeaaaally want a boyfriend."

I turned to her trying not to laugh,"You'll find someone, I promice."I told her hoping I could keep that promice.

My favorite song came on and I practicaly screamed. I started dancing with Gemma and this kid named Radio. He is really funny with his dark blue hair and hilarius personality. We danced until the song was over and Gemma and I walked back over to Arrow and Bree,"Where did Tobi and Zero go?"I asked turning my head to look for them.

"They went to play spin the bottle."Bree answered me.

Gemma and I jumped up and down,"I'm going to play."I announced and ran off to where Tobi, Zero, and a bunch of other kids were. Bree, Arrow, and Gemma followed me. We sat down in the circle and waited for someone to spin.

A kid named Winter spun the bottle and it landed on Arrow. I raised my eyebrows and grinned at Arrow. She glared at me then turned to Winter and kissed him. It was maybe three seconds before she pulled away blushing madly. Winter smiled and winked at Arrow, grinning. She just rolled her eyes,"Hey Everly, you spin next."Arrow sudgested.

Gemma and Bree nodded. Another kid whose name I don't know sat down next to me just as I spun. He was pretty cute with his long black hair that covered his eyes. His grin was mischivous as the bottle stopped at him. I turned to face him, my cheeks tinged pink. He leaned in and kissed me, I kissed him back leaing into it. He pulled away, too soon I felt, but my breathing was coming in gasps. He smiled at me making my stomache do a nervous flip and my cheeks to turn a shade of soft pink.

A girl with long wavy hair and a small black dress spun next. Bree told me her name was Joy, but she really didn't make anyone feel Joyful. Well let me refraise she didn't make any GIRLS feel joyful. She was always stealing boyfriends and was just plain out bitchy. But Bree told mr that none of the guys realize that at all. The bottle landed on Zero. I saw Tobi tence up when she realized what was happening. Joy walked over to Zero a seductive smirk on her face. She kissed him and he kissed her back. I could tell that Tobi was hating every minute of this, and I totaly agreed with her. I would completely hate if some bitch was kissing my boyfriend...even if it was only spin the bottle. Joy and Zero broke apart and she walked back to her spot in the circle looking like she had acomplished something. Zero on the other hand looked like he was in a trance. This obviously pissed Tobi off even more.

Tobi spun next, anger sparking in her deep brown eyes. It landed on Radio. He ran a hand through his blue hair and kissed Tobi. She kissed him back closing her eyes and putting a hand on Radio's shoulder. Zero looked like he was about to stangle Radio after him and Tobi stopped.

The guy sitting next to me smirked and I wanted to punch him. Obviously I didn't but I did get up and run after Tobi after she ran off to the bathroom.

"Tobi are you ok?"I asked her through a stall door. I could hear her trying to stiffle her sobs but most of them come out anyways.

"No of course I'm not fine."she replied inbetween her crying,"That slut Joy has Zero wrapped around her finger and now since I kissed Radio Zero is probably pissed at me." Tobi started sobbing again and came out of the stall. Thank god she wasn't wearing make up because if she was she would look like even more of a mess. "Oh Everly I totaly srewed up."she sobbed and hugged me. I hugged her back, feeling sympathy for my friend.

Finally after she stopped crying I helped her get cleaned up and we went back to the party. People had stopped playing spin the bottle so we set iff to find Gemma, Bree, Arrow, and Kaya. We found them dancing with Winter, Radio, a guy named Griffin, and the kid I had kissed in spin the bottle. Apparently his name was David. Zero came and joined us. Gemma, Bree, Arrow, Kaya, Winter, Radio, Griffin, David, and I all walked away to give them some space and time to talk. We all danced and some person had glowstick nechlaces. Me and everyone else took on and wore them. Suddenly Bree pulled me off to the side,"Hey so you know David? Well I have a huge crush on him."

I looked at the floor,"Oh cool," I replied, I sadly also had a HUGE crush on David. Come on he could dance, he is super cute/sexy/hot, and he has an amazing personality.

A slow song came on. Apparently Tobi and Zero had made up and were slow dancing, looking so cute together. Arrow was trying to avoid Winter, and Gemma and Radio were dancing together. Griffin came up to Bree,"Want to dance?"he asked her giving a crooked smile.

Bree glanced over at me for help, "Ummm well I would, but I am horrible at dancing."was her lame excuse.

Griffin's face dropped,"O-ok."he replied looking crestfallen.

I gave Bree a look that said, 'I can't believe you just did that!'

She rolled her eyes,"Fine I'll dance with you, but don't go telling anyone that I like you."she muttered.

I smiled and clapped slightly, suddenly David came walking up to me and I just then started feeling very self-concious. "Hey."I said looking into his dark brown eyes.

He gave me a grin,"Hey, you want to dance?"he asked me.

On the inside I was jumping up and down screaming, but on the outside my smile just widened and I nodded,"Sure."

David put his hands on my waist and I put mine on his shoulders. We danced around the floor completely ignoring everyone else. I could feel Bree's angery glare boring into my back like a laser, but I pertended not to notice and just stared into his beautiful deep brown eyes. Suddenly a kid bumped David out of the way and started dancing with me. I looked over at David, extreamly confused then back at the guy who had taken David's place."Not to be rude or anything but who are you?"I ask the, actualy kind of cute, guy.

He grinned at me with the amazingly hot crooked grin all guys can give you,"I'm Seth, who are you?"he asked me and winked one of his emerald green eyes.

"I'm Everly."I replied blushing slightly. I glamced over at David again with the same amout of confusion as before. David just shrugged obviously finding this hillarius.

"Beautiful name, for a beautiful girl."Seth said. This time my blush wasn't pink it was dark red. Seth smiled again flipping his strait light brown out of his eyes. The song finnished a few minutes later and I set off to find my friends.

I found them standing at a table talking. "Everly you finally came I thought you were going to dance with Seth all night."Gemma said laughing.

"Shutup!"I yelled smiling/blushing.

"Oooooooo you're blushing!"Bree squealed,"You liiiiiike him!"

"HELL no!"I replied, "I like someone else at the party."I then muttered under my breath thinking about David.

Gemma laughed,"We're just playing with you. You already have a man."

My eyes widened, I just remembered that I was dating River,"Noooooo."I moaned misrably,"Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit."

Arrow looked at me confused,"What's wrong?"she asked me.

I shook my head,"It's nothing."I said trying to cover up the dismay in my voice.

She grabbed my arm and pulled me into the bathroom,"What's wrong?"she asked me, her light grey eyes dead serious.

"I...I like David."I admitted to her looking at the white tile floor.

Smiling she said to me,"It's ok I won't tell anyone."she promiced.

I looked back at her and smiled,"Thanks."

Right when we stepped out of the bathroom we found Radio and Seth standing with their ears pressed to the door. "What the fuck?"I asked, pissed off.

Setg came up to me, his green eyes looking sad, but he had a devious smile planted on his face,"I love your secret, I bet David would love to know too."he said.

My jaw dropped in rage,"You wouldn't."

He smile stayed,"Yes I would ask Arrow."

I turned and looked over at her and she nodded her grey eyes filled with worry for me. Truly they should be worried for Seth. I just rolled my eyes and walked away trying not to hyperventalate. Arrow ran after me,"Everly it's fine even if Seth tells David I don't think it will be that bad. I've seen him staring at you all night."

"Really?"I asked her happy to know. Then I remebered Bree, she liked David too, she had way more of a chance than I did. I spotted Seth talking to David and I ducked behind a table. Arrow pulled me into a standing position right after Seth stopped talking to David."Go ask Seth what he said to him."I told Arrow,"Please." She nodded and walked off in search of the idiot. I saw David looking around and I ran off to find Bree, Gemma, Kaya, and Tobi. I found them dancing and I walked over to them trying to smile, but I'm pretty sure it looked forced."Hey guys."I greeted them.

Kaya smiled,"Hey Everly. Where did you and Arrow go?"she asked, stopping dancibg for a moment.

"Oh we just went to the bathroom for a moment."I replied, seeing David walking over to us."I have to leave again."I said and ran off into a huge group of kids. I accedentaly bumped into Joy and she turned around,"Sorry."I mumbled, and walked off.

She walked after me and put a perfectly manicured hand on my shoulder,"I heard you like David."she said, smiling. The only problem with her smile was the it was laced with venom, the type of venom that can steal a boy's heart.

I just glared at her,"Why do you care?"I asked crossing my arms.

"Well you wouldn't want your little friend Bree finding that now would you?"Joy asked the poison in her smile becoming even more deadly.

"Where are you going with this?"I question, becoming very suspicious.

"What I'm saying is if you don't do what I tell you Bree will be finding about this little secret."Joy replied smirking.

"Fuck you."was all I could say to this blonde demon thing that passed herself as a sixteen year old girl.

"Now go run along...I don't want people thinking I would talk to you."She replied, a mock disgusted look on her face.

I glared at her and walked off to find my friends. I saw Gemma, Bree, and Kaya playing seven minutes in heven. I ran over to them,"Hi again, sorry about running off like that."I appoligized to them.

Gemma smiled at me,"It's ok."

"Who's in the closet right now?"I asked her.

"Vivian and Chance."Gemma replied to me trying not to laugh, I had no idea why.

"What's so funny about that?"I asked smiling slightly.

"They're exes but everyone knows that they still like eachother so Radio and Winter are giving off really dirty sudgestions on what they could be doing in there.

I started laughing,"They must hate that."I replied thinking about my relationshiip with my ex Danny. We could barely sit next to each other with out it being really awkward...and that was when we were dating. Now that we're not it's worse.

A girl with beautiful curly brown hair and stunning icy blue eyes stepped out of the closet biti g her bottom lip and blushing. A guy with blonde hair and dark brown eyes stepped out after her looking completely amazed. "So that's Vivian and Chance?"I asked Gemma, she nodded. I wondered who was going in next. Kaya spun a bbottle and it landed on Radio. 'Wow.' I thought, 'Radio getting all the ladies tonight.'

Kaya walked over to the closet door and waited for Radio. Her walked up behind her and opened the door. Kaya walked inside, Radio right behind her. They closed the door quickly and somekit set his watch for seven minutes."I wonder what their doing."Bree told me grinning.

I laughed,"Me too. We're going to have to ask Kaya what they did when we're sleeping iver your house later."I replied.

She nodded, suddenly her eyes widened and she pointed to something...no I mean someone. It was David,"It's David!"she yell whispered.

I turned around and was nose to nose with the possibly the cutest guy I have ever met. "H-hey David."I said my dark dark dark brown eyes wide.

He smiled and took a step back, I did as well and Bree came up beside me,"Hey David."she greeted him much more casually than I did.

"Hey Everly could I talk to you for a moment?"he asked me. I could tell Bree was hurt and she just walked away.

I nodded,"Sure what is it?"

"Let's go somewhere we can actualy talk."He said to me and walked into an empty hall way,"Ok Seth told me that you like me, is that true?"he asked.

I nodded and looked at the floor.

"I was also told that you have a boyfriend."

I looked up at him my dark brown eyes filled with pain,"Yes, I do have a boyfriend."I replied to David trying very hard not to burst into tears.

"Oh...I don't think we should be around each other then."he said and walked back to the party.

I ran outside amd sat down on a bench crying. Why the fuck did I have to have a boyfriend? Why couldn't I be single? Why...why...why?
