"GET UP, JJ" my best friend Niall woke me up, "don't call me 'JJ'." I replied, "your my best friend and I can call you whatever i want" "whateva, but let me sleep!" "If you don't get up I'm going to throw water on you, just like dog days" my head shot up, "KK, jees chill I'm up" I replied, "get changed were going to macdonalds" "ugh fine, how did you get in here anyway?" "You got me a key, remember?" "Right" I said and got up heading to the bathroom "you stay in the living room, and I'll come down in 10mins" "k". I got changed to a grey tank top and denim ripped shorts with white toms, "hey ni, is josh coming?" I asked, josh was our other best friend but me and Niall were closer to each than josh, "nope" he said popping the 'p', we walked to macdonalds cuz it was like 5mins away, "so, I wanted to tell you something" Niall said, "yes?" "I'm going to audition for the x-factor" "what? When?" "Tomorrow" "Aaaah, I'm going to miss you, ni ni!" "I'm going to miss you too" "I'll vote for you" "thanks" he smiled, I hugged him tight "I can't believe your leaving already!" "We'll stay in touch" "after macdonalds, I'm taking you somewhere" "where?" He asked, "just eat, and then you'll see". We stood in the queue and ordered our food, then ate it. "Are you finished?" I asked, "yeah, let's go". We walked home to get my car, and we drove off. "So, where are you taking me"Niall asked, "patience, Niall patience" "uuuugh" "we got here" I said. We walked to the promise rings shop, "we're getting to us promise rings" I said, "for what?" He asked, "that if any of us got famous or got a new job or whatever we will never leave each other" "you think I'm going to forget you? I'm hurt" he said pulling a hurt impression, "not working for me, Horan", he chuckled. We bought our rings "are you going to pay or what?" I asked teasing Niall, "hey! I thought that was a gift!" "Just kidding" I pulled out my wallet and payed for the rings, "never take that off, understood?" "Understood"he said, I giggled.

***next day***

I went to Niall's home, "NIAALLL!" I shouted, he ran to me and hugged me tight, "I'm going to miss you" he said as single tear streamed down his face, "I'm going to miss you too" I cried "you better get going, your going to miss your plane", "come With me" "Niall, are you joking? I can't i have school" I said, he sighed, "one last goodbye!", he hugged me so tight, "Niall, I want to breathe" I said, he laughed "sorry" "it's fine" "I'm going to Skype you as much as I can" "promise?" "Promise". "Hey, where is josh?" I asked, and then josh ran inside, "sorry I'm late!
