  The lake is still

The wind sings by.

Spellbound I lie

You are singing.

 

The words flew away

to celestial blues.

My thoughts swam merrily

on the tides of time.

 

The sky flowered immensely

The fragrance of a mind.

The Sun went to sleep

on a never- ago seen dream.

 

Dew drops fell and blossomed

New day welcomed us.

I was lying still

You were singing.

 

Dusks and dawns discussed

Sun and clouds caressed.

Night lamps kissed the sky.

Life transformed a world.

 

The lake lie still

The wind sings by.

Centuries sail along

The birds chirp around.
