5 Books You Should Read for World Book Day

It's World Book Day

These are the 5 books that I feel have most changed my life and will recommend to you for World Book Day 2017

1) I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai and Christina Lamb

- I already mumbled about this book, but it really is one of the most inspiring books that I've ever read.

2) Catch-22 by Joseph Heller

- I can't guarantee that you'll like this book. Two of us read it for AP Lit, and the other person hated it because we have entirely different senses of humor. You'll either love it or hate it.

3) 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher

- It is becoming a Netflix series this month, and I'm nervous about it (as I always am when a book becomes more) but the book is fantastic.

4) The Martian by Andy Weir

- One of my all time favorite novels. Don't worry, the movie is fantastic (except for the changed ending) so if you choose to watch that as well, it's worth it.

5) Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand

- Another satirical novel, this is my favorite book on the list. It's the longest and hardest read (Catch-22 is probably almost on the same level) but it's great.

I hope that you will read these books! Remember the most important question when reading: Who is John Galt?
