Introducing Musical Reviews on Movellas

I don't know about anyone else but I'm a huge fan of musical theatre. I go to NYC contastly to see the best theatre has to offer...Broadway. I wanted to start doing things with the shows I'm seeing so I decided to start reviewing them and trying to open the theatre world to all different kinds of people.

Hi everyone! I am officially starting musical reviews on movellas as I am in love with muscial theatre and want to show the world how grest it can be. My first review will be out by 10:30 A.M. Eastern time tomorrow because I have a car ride to New York and I need to occupy myself. It will be on the 1989 taped original broadway cast production of Into the Woods starring Bernadette Peters, chip Zien, Joanna Gleason, Kim Crosby, Ben Wright, Barbra Bryne, and Tom Aldredge. You can find out more about this musical by reading the first two chapters before the actual review. There I post a not so breif plot summary and some background information on the show.

In New York City I am seeing...

Something Rotten! A Very New Musical Wednesday, December 28th at 8:00 P.M. EST.

Chicago The Musical Thursday, December 29th at 2:30 P.M. EST.

I am especially excited to see Something Rotten because it's supposed to be hillarious and it also closes on January 1st. Don't get me wrong I'm excited to see Chicago because Mel B takes over as Roxie December 28th so I'm one of the first people to see her in the role and I'm thrilled to do that but it won't be closing for a while so Something Rotten means a little more to me because I know I will be among the 5,00 people who see it last on Broadway.

My review of Something Rotten! will come out December 29th at 8:00 P.M. EST. or December 30th at 9:30 P.M. EST. My review of Chicago will come out December 31st at 10:30 A.M. EST.

A Few Quick Reminders:

#1) I Do this to share how I feel about the performance and quality of the musical and I don't mean to offend anyone in any way.

#2) If any of you have a musical or play that you would like me to read and tell you constructive critism I would be happy to help.

#3) If we get enough people to like these reviews I have been considering making this into a youtube channel as well so your support is appreciated.

Thanks everyone!
