5 books to cozy up with

Draw up a blanket and pour some tea - it's perfect reading weather!

The air has a chilly bite to it and we’ve all shaken out our scarves and hats. Autumn is making it’s beautiful arrival and us booklovers couldn’t be happier! There’s just something about grey skies and chilly wind that makes reading feel extra special. To celebrate, we want to give you our top reads for Autumn. Pull up your blanket and pour an extra mug of something hot, because we’re in for the long haul.

1) Watership Down by Ryan Adams

We can almost see some of you making a face at the mention of this book. It’s a classic and is very (VERY) frequently required reading in school. But that doesn’t make it a dull read. This book will break your heart and it’s so worth it.

2) Young Avengers by Kieron Gillen

Although not a novel in the classic sense, this graphic novel is all about friendship and family - definitely something to snuggle up with on an Autumn evening.

3) Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

With Halloween around the corner, this creepy classic is a must.

4) Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

5) A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini

If you loved The Kite Runner, Hosseini's second novel, you will love this one!
